I am relatively new to Corvus -- Having only been in a handful of times. My past experiences had me marked as a fan and I even jumped in and subscribed to Corvus Recurring Subscription -- I liked their roasts that much. I began talking with the employees about participating in one of Corvus education programs where they educate you. For what its worth, if you are interested in participating in Corvus education programs, you will be referred to the "calendar" on their website, which does not exist. However, once you locate where those sessions are actually located, there are *none* -- at least not as of January 2017. All sounds great! ... except for this morning ... I was in a position where I needed a quick place to "land" and work. I figured that I could benefit from a good cup of coffee and I understand that working from a coffee shop can be hit or miss, but this was much lower than my expectation. Lets first start with the WiFi. I couldnt get connected. As an individual who works in a field where I understand a little bit about this type of issue, this was not an issue with me, my computer, my phone(s) (I have to carry two), etc. However, when I reported the issue to their staff, it was made to be my problem. Kind of like Tough luck, deal with it. Second: Coffee shops who limit your refills. I have just a little bit of insight into the roasting process, the cost of beans (green), etc. I know that you are holding fair margins, especially considering the price that you charge for a cup. That said, to say Oh, we can only give you 2 refills -- which apparently includes your first cup -- is complete non-sense. I stopped going to a competitor because of this and I will stop going to your shop because of this. Further, I will cancel my subscription. If you cannot treat your customers fairly or wow them, then youre not going to succeed. Bottom line: There are *plenty* of options out there today. You are not operating in a niche. Keep up or fail.

Great coffees and teas, excellent atmosphere, awesome staff, ONE BIG PROBLEM... They clearly limit the number of devices that can be on their wifi network. Every time Ive been there 1-3 people around me cannot get on the network, while others can. My business partner and I are meeting at a different okay coffee shop only because of the internet uncertainty at Corvus. I wish they would pay a little more for bandwidth and increase the limit on devices on their wifi. Then Id be all about 5 starts!!

I would recommend this coffee house to absolutely anyone. The coffee and espresso are both smooth and well balanced in body. I do not indulge in cows milk, and when I go to most coffee houses and ask for almond milk, usually a sweet overly processed version is my only selection. Not here! Best almond milk I have ever tasted, and the pleasant barista informed me that they make the almond milk in house. Mind. Blown. I could go on, but dont listen to the ramblings of a stranger, go try it! supurb!

Chill coffee spot, not pretentious. Friendly folks and yummy espresso. They offer a bar around where shots are pulled and drinks made and appear to offer classes on milk and espresso which is something rad Ive never seen. Their few select sweet flavors are all locally made and you truly can taste the difference in them being rich and rounded as opposed to sugary and sweet. Not a full 5 stars because the drink/food didnt BLOW my mind. But good!

Definitely the best coffee shop Ive been to in Colorado. Everything Ive had there is excellent! The atmosphere is super cool. And despite how pretentious it appears, every staff member Ive talked with has been friendly and helpful. They do the pour overs right next to where you wait for your drinks and the baristas have always been happy to talk with me about coffee and put up with my million questions. I cant recommend this place enough.

Quality cold-brew served up by dudes with the exact amount of beard you would expect for a coffee roasting place. I asked about the intriguing/weird hops-infused nitro cold brew and they gave me a sample, which was helpful because I probably wouldnt have tried it otherwise. Unusual but tasty! The drinks arent cheap enough to be a regular thing for me, but Corvus is definitely a great spot for a caffeinated treat!

If you are looking for a coffee shop that hands you a latte and send you on your way like a grocery store this is not your place. The staff is classy with their attire, genuine conversation and exceptional drinks. Whether you want a place to study or sip on a great latte to go this is it. The coffee was phenomenal and their almond milk is made in house. This is a must if you are in the area.

The baristas were friendly and the space was pretty beautiful. Most important was the delightful coffee. If you enjoy bright and fruity notes in your coffee youll enjoy these coffees. They roast the beans light to medium and it makes espresso taste incredible as well as lattes and simple pour overs. I love the emphasis they are putting on education at the shop. I would love to take a class!

The fine minds at Corvus Coffee have RUINED all other coffees for myself and my wife. I suggest a vanilla latte with double vanilla. Itll be so good you can lay back in the seat of your warm car during the snow storm that is life and die happy know you accomplished SOMETHING even if it was just tasting the culmination of sunny days, thousands of miles and a caring pour.

One of my go-to coffee shops in Denver. Incredibly assertive and friendly staff that seamlessly play off your needs -- one stepping in to offer suggestions or assist with checkout when the other becomes occupied, so that youre never waiting or anxious about what to order /buy. Setting a high standard for quality roasting, coffee knowledge, and customer care.

As a coffee enthusiast from out of town, this place blew me away. A very, very cool space with wonderful coffee. I believe I was able to witness a couple of employees cupping coffee which was just awe-inspiring (I nerded out very hard). Sweet study space with great coffee and the baristas were very knowledgeable about both coffee and the city.

Best espresso (and americano) in the state. This place is often inundated with hipsters, but they know how to roast the perfect bean. Most places just roast everything dark cause thats the way they did it in the old country (Berkeley). But Corvus is not afraid to serve lighter roasts as espresso and the effect is more flavor and less bitter.

Great coffee, has core options, and communal seating. The staff is incredibly friendly and easy to chat with. You can tell there are alot od local regulars who come here weekly. Ive ordered the spicy chai here a few times, yum! Dog friendly patio area. They play very low key music and have wifi available with warm industrial decor.
