I cannot say enough about how terrible this place is! The Kung Pao Chicken was soggy and the fried shrimp app was actually straight sticks of deep fried (something?) - completely disgusting, and I have eaten food all over the world and country. I dont have a high bar for chinese but the with the prices they charge (almost 12 dollars for the dinner of Kung Pao - ang deceivingly listing much cheaper prices online by the way!) the food should be of higher quality. I was literally so disgusted with the food I drove it back to the place and demanded my money back. Now hear this: they tried to short-change me! hey handed me two dollars short of what they initially charged when they showed up at my house! I got in my car and began to pull away, and only in talking to my husband on the phone he informed me what the cost of the meal had been. I went back in to collect the remaining money. Of course 2 dollars is normally a petty amount to bicker about, but it was now a matter of principle and integrity - two principles this cafe entirely lacks. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Where to begin? I had my food delivered to my work and the guy who delivered it was so rude. He asked me to not order online again because I had to pay an extra $2. I explained that my phone didnt have good service so I wasnt able to call. Then he asked where his tip was. Im sorry, you will not receive a tip when you have no idea how to provide customer service and are incredibly offensive. He mentioned again to never order online again before he left. When I got my food the sesame chicken was awful, I thought I was chewing on fat. Horrible experience and I will NEVER eat or order food from here again!!!

The best Chinese food in highlands Ranch by far!!! Ive been coming here for years and always had a great experience. You get your food quick when you dine in, and delivery and pickup is fast. The garlic chicken is so freaking good! I have yet to find an equal anywhere. There wraps, hot and sour soup, and wontons are also favorites of mine. If you have the chance eat here, you wont regret it. Owned by one family, Sandy and everyone else is very nice.

This place was decent. We ordered two dishes. The cashew chicken dish is made with white sauce, giving it a lighter twist but in my opinion not as tasty as if could have been with brown sauce. The sesame chicken on the other hand was pretty good. Lots of places like to drench that dish in the sweet sauce, but this place didnt, keeping it on the lighter side while remaining very appetizing. Well probably go back to try some of their other dishes.

Best Chinese Ive had for a while! Ive been looking for a good Chinese restaurant for some time. It seems when the economy started heading down, so did the portions and quality of food around the metro area. Here, it was easy to tell the food was composed of quality ingredients, the chef knew oriental food and cares about the product. (It wasnt some low level lackie just slapping things on the grill...) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Whenever Im craving Chinese food this is where I go for take-out. I like the fried options - cream cheese wontons, sweet and sour chicken, vegetable egg rolls. Its always hot and tasty. The vegetable fried rice has zucchini, peas, carrots, cabbage, sprouts, mushrooms, snow peas, green onions, and eggs - and the portions are good, too. The staff is friendly and efficient as well.

We order from here about once a month. Our experience has always been wonderful. The food is delicious..... it always arrives hot and well prepared. I especially love all the fresh vegetables they use. staff is always extremely friendly. They do tend to get very busy on the weekends so its better to order a little early if you want the food for a specific time. Two thumbs up!

We have given this place a try several times and each time the staff (particularly the cashier) is rude. She always seems to have a bad attitude and is impatient. The food is pretty good, although we have found hairs a couple of times in the soup. It is also overpriced. We wont go here anymore, there are better chinese restaurants in the area.

Food Is good but dont order delivery if you dont have money to tip the driver he catches a attitude if you pay for the bill that includes the delivery fee. No need to catch a attitude and walk away very unprofessional . I didnt know I was obligated to tip a delivery person . If so I would of kept my money instead of receiving an attitude

I truly enjoy this little restaurant. Albeit the parking lot is tight, the food is wonderful. I can order my vegetable eggrolls, pad Thai, and Thai ice tea and it will be there by the time I complete my 5 minutes drive from my office. Last but not least, the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Cant recommend enough of this place.

FOOD POISONING. I thought the chicken fried rice was just not very well-flavored when I was eating it, but found out later that it wasnt just poor flavoring but bad food as I was up all night vomiting. I only ate a few bites of the meal as it didnt taste good, but thats all it took to make me sick. I will not be returning here.

They use the same gravy on everything. Decent portions, prices and friendly service.A nice hole in the wall Chinese place. Very good flavor, fast and friendly service, decent portions. Very good garlic shrimp. Under $10 for lunch. Decent tables. I will try another dish next week. Not a white cloth place. Pretty cashier.

Fast service, friendly lady at counter is very efficient and to the point. The Food, I had the twice cooked pork and it was the best I have had in awhile good flavor and a kick thats getting harder to find. The portion size is more that most will be able to eat alone. So for me I will go back.

Really good; we were quite impressed. The mongolian chicken is awesome if you like spicy dishes! So far our favorite Chinese Food in Highlands Ranch. Like most people said, the staff is a little stand off-ish; but I agree its more of a culture issue; they were still nice and had good service.

Location is nice, restaurant is very clean and has a decent amount of space for eat-in dinning. The service is good and fast. As far as the food, its OK. I for sure have had better Chinese food, but I might go back if I need a quick Chinese fix and didnt want to drive further away to get it.

This place by far is my favorite food ever. The portion sizes are incredible. Super crisp and fresh. Always very quick service and is most of the time ready before its expected. Very nice customer service. I love the orange chicken and the chicken lo mein or basically all of it. Soooo good.

Huge portions, low prices, excellent flavor, FAST delivery, and funny cashier. Some say bad service, but she just talks fast and doesnt mess around. Love this place. One of the few places open after 8pm in Highlands Ranch. Refreshing "dive" feel -- not a glitzy chain restaurant.
