I have been to Twin Dragon many times in the last 6 years, and my experience has never been lacking. The service, food, atmosphere and cleanliness are all top quality, and I have never had a bad experience there. Many Asian restaurants in Denver are very similar in that there is little change to quality of food, prices, and menu between them. Twin Dragon is most definitely an exception to this rule. You can immediately see the difference in the quality of produce in the food. The colors are still vibrant, the sauces light but delicious, and there is not the standard washing out of flavors with over-use of soy sauce and the like. You can taste the subtle but recognizable flavors of fresh ginger, rice wine, and etc. in the food. The service is exceptional. The staff is extremely clean and detail oriented, and you will never find a bottle of soy sauce not completely filled and wiped, when they take your dish after the meal they will clean your table and top off all drinks, and there is no rush for you to leave. Even the salt shakers, check holders, and similar items are cleaned meticulously. The Atmoshpere is most certainly Asian and done well. The tables are large and seats comfortable. In every town there are always a handful of restaurants that stand above others within their respective cuisines. Twin Dragon is one of these restaurants. The prices match most Asian restaurants with lunch between $6.50 and $8.50 and Dinner from $7.50 - $12.50, but this is where many of the similarities end. I found the owner to be very pleasant and courteous despite Mindis review below (which is pretty absurd and doesnt quite sound like it is based in reality...owner and the rest of the staff speak perfect English). I will definitely go back.

I gave these people my private email address because they promised to keep me updated on specials and events at the restaurant. Since then, they have twice shared my private email address with hundreds of total strangers. I know this because I have received email from Twin Dragon which had hundreds of other email addresses visible at the top of the message. The first time they did this, we wrote and explained out displeasure, thinking that maybe it had been a mistake. A member of the Jefferson family responded with an apology and an assurance that the mistake would not be repeated. Today, they did it again. Todays email message, sent in bulk to hundreds of people, urged us to visit their Facebook page. I did that. I found a post from an employee who boasted that hed created page. I recognized the employee as a waiter who had served my wife and me in the past. We thought he did a pretty good job, so we always tipped him rather well. So imagine my surprise when I looked at his personal Facebook page and saw a very derogatory post about some of my family, friends and me. I was shocked and disappointed that I had tipped this person a penny. We used to eat here pretty regularly, but we will never again step foot in this place again. I sincerely hope that they remove my email address from all future mailings. If not, more bad reviews will follow!

on the first visit she made us feel very uncomfortable and every time we asked for something she acted incredibly rude -so much so that we asked for our entrees to go. so i left a comment on a comment card- regarding her service. WELL.. we tried again.. and the waiter we had was awesome and very nice. shiou was there and was giving us the stink eye the whole time. well.. i decided to leave another comment on a given comment card and she (NO JOKE) walks up to our table and starts yelling at me.. telling me oh you going to leave nother comment card.. i not scared.. *broken english. i was horrified. i didnt even know how to respond. i told her i wasnt trying to me mean.. but she really made me feel unwanted the last time we were in. this is NO way for a manager/owner to act. i WILL NEVER return. DONT offer comment cards if you cant take criticism/comments and dont treat customers like this! there is better food and MUCH better service at other chinese restaurants!

While the delivery service was fine and fast, this food was just not good. At all. We ordered a large amount of food for a lot of people and so we got to try a lot. Their kung pao chicken was okay, not the worst Ive had, but unfortunately that was about the best of it. Their fried rice doesnt even have egg, carrots or peas in it. Its just brown rice. Not sure why we paid extra for THAT. Their orange chicken was horrible, tasteless, and mostly breading. Their lo mein was pretty bland and unappetizing also. Im honestly surprised, as we had heard good things about Twin Dragon. But their food was just so bad, I dont think were willing to give it a second chance. Try it at your own risk...

The food is ok, thier prices are high, but the service from the waitstaff is excellent. As long as you dont have any contact with the owner or one of the host boys. the owner is an absolute b!@$#. We went there on sunday and our waitress was the best we ever had. But halfway through our meal the owner and both of the hosts started yelling at her next to the fish tank in the middle of the dining room. I thought this very unprofessional and wrong. We heard the whole thing and they wouldnt even let her try to talk. I have seen this happen before. But this is the last time we wont be going back. I hope the waitress gets out of there and gets a better job she deserves one.

I had food delivered this past Saturday and was sorely disappointed. I had Hot and Sour soup that was so hot I couldnt eat it until I had added a couple more eggs and rice. it was still very hot, but at least it was edible. My go to entree to check out a new Chinese restaurant is Sesame Tofu. TD calls it Sesame Bean Curd. same thing, different name. The tofu should be soft and light and just a little bit fried. the tofu I received was almost like leather. I cant figure out how they managed this. As much as I want to have a decent Chinese delivery, I can safely say I will not go to the Twin Dragons again.

My husband and I have not lived in Denver long but all of my friends have said to come try the twin Dragon and so we did. We generally enjoy our visits there. I am surprised at the negative reviews? The wait is never very long. The service is fine... Definitely not anything spectacular. The food is always fresh and prompt. I usually get the chicken fried rice. My husband enjoys the Orange chicken! You get a lot of food for what youre paying for. Youre definitely going to have left overs lol I say if your in the area its worth trying.
