I just tried this place out a few days ago, and I definitely want to go back! I wasnt sure what to expect when I pulled up, which is a good reminder to never judge a book by its cover. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were very nice. The generous portions were served fresh and tasted delicious. I was also really impressed by the number of hot choices that were readily available. Im already thinking of what I want to order the next time.

For one, Asian people are ALWAYS super friendly with their smiles and their cute broken English. Ive never been to a 1$ scoop place before but my God was it delicious! The only things I would avoid that didnt agree with my palate were the egg rolls and the shrimp. I pretty much ordered everything. The fried shrimp was BOMB, along with the jalapeño beef. I spent 20$ on what probably wouldve been close to 45-50$. Highly recommend this place.

long long time customer. The food is always fresh. I see them dump out old food before putting in new. My sensitive stomach never gets sick. The portions are generous. I can recommend the shrimp, sesame chicken, lomein, mushroom chicken. Service is friendly at any hour of the day or night. We eat their food at least once a week. The friends we have sent there love it too. oh and we bring their food to our large family gatherings.

Oh. My. Gosh. If you are looking for quality Chinese in Lakewood, you want to go here, right now, stop reading reviews, and go. Finally I have found my spot after moving here almost a year ago! The sesame chicken is on point! We got two large take out boxes and crab rangoon for $8! I felt like I was literally stealing so I was sure to leave a good tip. Will absolutely be back.

While trying to make my order the cook obnoxiously rang the bell continuously to distract the cashier from me (the paying customer) to alert her that food was ready for the line. Thats not all that bad, but when she grabbed the bowls and just dumped the fresh food on the old food...yuck. Clearly they dont rotate the food. I wont be back. I dont want to get food poisoning.

I absolutely love this place! Their servings are nowhere near skimpy and its always so tasty. If you want a dish they have on the line that isnt so fresh they will make something just for you and the family who owns this place is place is as sweet as molasses. We go here regularly and it is so good that whenever we say we want Chinese food we will never go anywhere else!

The service was terrific at the late night hours close to closing. they had a help wanted sign hand written in the window but still seem to have everything under control. and the prices were true to form 1 dollar and 35 cents a scoop. 2 of us got out of there with drink at 10 dollars in 10 cents with no pressure for being the last to leave

Great place for hot, good, no-frills Chinese. They serve their food like a buffet at $1.35 a scoop. Cant beat the price! The food was good. Better than the far more expensive chain place up the street. No glamorous decor here, but who cares? Come here for a fast, tasty lunch.

Not much to look at on the outside .. or the inside for that matter however, the food is very good and very inexpensive. The food is served cafe style with lots of selections. Give the place a try and think of Anthony Bourdain in a foreign land. Bon appetite!

A gem of hole-in-the-wall restaurant. The food was great and the service was too. I heard the staff speaking English and Spanish as well as their native language. Parking is a bit of a hassle and the restrooms could be cleaner, but overall a great experience.
