My husband took me out for my birthday the silverware were dirty couple of the plates were dirty as well the waitress sucked If we needed anything we would have to ask a waitress that was around us we order steak for dinner asked for well done my husband ate his the way it was a little red mine was red inside I like mine well done the waitress took it back had it cooked again the manager brought it back out it was still pink inside he took it again brought it back burned and seriously wanted me to eat it like that the waitress said the manager took off a couple of dollars I told her he should of taken all of if off the bake potatoes were fricken cold I didnt eat anything we ordered besides the biscuits them are always hot and good but the severs there sucks after the older gentle man that was a manager there about a 1 or 2 years ago when he left red lobster the food and serves and the waiting time is terrible need to find another place to eat were the stakes are cook to your liking not burned or broiled but grilled. There a pic of a burned stake I posted from April 19, 2017 it was on my birthday would you eat this you would think the manager would of had them make another one and NOT bringing this out to your customer to eat disgusting.

Absolute WORST...My 11 year old son wanted to go to Red Lobster to have crab legs. We live in Windsor so we went to Greeley... First Issue - 1 Hour wait...Every time I looked back there was like 2-3 open tables...This signals BAD management... Second Issue - Manager bumped a old person "birthday" party over every one else...I dont care how old you are...Everyone should wait their "fair share" of time... Third Issue - While waiting for 40 minutes, we heard the the staff sing to at least 2 parties...We mentioned SEVERAL times it was my sons 11th birthday and he choose to go to Red Lobster - Yet - They didnt sing to him...he was pretty sad on the ride home...I wont be returning to ANY Redlobster soon and I hope this review prompts you to do the same.. Forth Issue Food sucks! I was amazed at how the food has gone down hill. My sons had crab legs which were extremely dry, (they ordered a pound which I challenge were less than half a pound. My wife and I ordered the fish tacos - I got the shrimp. She got a fair amount of fish...I received 6 total pieces of shrimp in 3 tacos (2 each)...really for $11...Honestly- Go somewhere else - This place sucks from TOP to BOTTOM!!!!

Ive been going here all my life. In September 2016 my wife and I went for dinner. The food was absolutely horrible and portions were half the size they usually are. The waitress was very good but the food was not. I never do surveys from receipts but figured I would. I got a call from some manager a week or so later. The manager wanted my information so he could send some gift cards. I told him it was not necessary but he said it was. Never got the gift cards in the mail. Couple weeks later I get another call from the manager, he mistakenly sent them to the wrong address but would get them right out. I never received them. I could care less about the gift cards, my point is this place obviously has some issues, you dont call someone twice to apologize, promise things, not deliver and not expect to lose a customer. Red lobster is dead to me, Ill go down the street to Lucky Fins or make the same food at home.

First time Ive ever been to a Red Lobster and their service was awful and the food was even worse. Its lobster fest time and we received our meal and lobster later. My husbands meal for what we paid was very small and look like a two year old put the plate together. My meal was left underneath the heat lamp for quite a while the knife was so hot we couldnt pick it up along with the noodles being very dry. Across from us was a table the entire time we had our meal which was never clearned. And when we left there was a line out the door waiting to be seated.

The service there was great. I went with my friend and the server was very attentive but not too nosy. However when I received my food, and I got the seaside shrimp trio, there was a long dark hair on my food. The server had the same type of hair so maybe it was from her, but it still wasnt something I wanted to see. The quality of the food was about the same as my universitys dining hall, but for double the cost. Honestly I think I couldve gotten a similar dish from Olive Garden and at a fraction of the cost.

Our server was 5*****!!!! However, the food was not. I ordered the lobster/shrimp scampi, and it tasted like salty gross fish.. Being from Manie, I know it wasnt going to be right off the boat, Maine lobster, but this was just gross. My son ordered the The Ultimate Feast, BLAH, hes 18, and is a garbage disposal, and HE couldnt even stomach it. We didnt take anything home and basically left everything. Long John Silvers taste better than this salty fishy gross crap, and cost over $100 to find it out.

Bad service, tiny portions, had to ask 5+ times for refill on biscuits (we had a party of 5, asked for 3 refills 7 times and the waitress had these weird awkward excuses why they didnt have them.) We only go out for seafood once a year, we moved to CO last Oct 2014 and went to this Red Lobster to celebrate my birthday, and it was HORRIBLE then... brought my Father and step Mom and sister here tonight, their first time visiting us in CO, and we were all disapointed. We will never be returning.

I just love this RL, and as a pregnant woman who sadly has the pickiest stomach when there is a little one being so choosey, Ive never once been let down by the staff or chefs here. My husband and our three children love going out there because not only are they attentive to us, but genuinely are considerate of our children. Also, if there ever was a time something wasnt served in that "perfect" window or something could have been better, its vastly overshadowed by the positive experiences.

Went in for crabfest, plates of food left under heat lamps forever. Crab looked like jerky, Alfredo and mashed potatoes were cold. Staff was good and apoligetic, thats not the problem. How many people looked at the plate of garbage before it left the kitchen and didnt say anything. No quality control, ridiculous, horrible dinner. Never go there again, will tell people not to go there. Rather go to long John silvers.

The salads were drenched in dressing. Once the main dish came the rock lobster was "molting" and the other was undercooked. The manager came by and replaced both lobsters. The second set really was not good, although we told management it was fine. We both lost our appetites. We decided that we were not going to go to Red Lobster for a very long time.

Kind of a miss match for what they are known for. Last three visits I have had amazing steaks. I mean really melt in your mouth, perfectly cooked steaks. BUT the lobster tails I got with the steaks were very overcooked and rubbery. My wifes scallops were the same way. So go for a steak, but stay away from the seafood.....
