Has always been bad every time we go whether its the food or the service but we had family in from out of state and this is where they chose to go. Our server must have been new or just plain out brain dead!!! She was extremely slow and had no clue what was going on! Took a very long time to receive our apps then when we did she didnt even break any plates to go with it so we had to have everyone pick off the same plate. Then the food came, she never checked to see how anything was and when we asked for a refill on our endless apps she seemed like it was such a hassle and had a attitude. No drinks were refilled and if they were its because we had to ask for it and then it took a good 10-15 mins to get it back. My sister had chicken which wasnt cooked all the way through. After being there for about 2 hours we received the bill which was completely wrong she charged for every app when it was suppose to be free refills??? we told her our concern she said she would have to get the manager this took another 30 mins mind you I have a 7 year old and a 2 year old and my sister has 2 very small ones as well that have school in the am and needed to be in bed. My husband is the only one working right now as Im in school so were on a tight budget any way, our bill was almost $70 the manager came and fixed the bill then we asked for split checks well she charged my husbands card for the whole bill didnt tell anyone then charged my bill for our part and took cash for my sisters bill, that was dbl+ even what our bill was!!!! THEFT she charged us way more than the bill even was and took the cash payment!!!!! We realized what happened and asked to talk to the manager he came out and tried to BS us and tell us it wasnt charged when both our accts clearly showed it!!!! he was NO help at all and told us the money would go back to our acct in a few days, umm ok what about our RENT..... he seemed to not care at all and made it seem like it was OUR fault!!!! Long story short horrible food horrible service and THEFT this place should really be ashamed of themselves, what a disgrace!!!!!

Very poor customer service. Waitress was very rude and not knowledgeable could not ask simple question about a menu item. First off they tucked us in a corner and we seen the waitress twice once to take our order and then bring us our order never did she come check on us. Our spinach dip looked as if they took someones left overs off their table and came served it to us. Got my order wrong and charged me extra for something I didnt even ask for. I ordered the half rack of ribs and shrimp (did not come with shrimp she forgot) not to mention she Gave me someone elses bill after I had to hunt her down because she disappeared after we got our food then she tried to argue with me when I said that it wasnt mine. She charged the table next to me with MY bill and just gave me a random thinking I wasnt paying attention. Needless to say I have been up all night with my 4 yr old 6 yr old and myself and the runs (tmi) Will never come back lost my business completely. Very over priced with TINY portion size and customer service is not worth it all in all the headache and belly ache that comes with visiting this place SUCKS and is NOT worth it.

Went for Happy Hour - but werent very happy! Went for Long Islands on Wednesday instead of Thursday - waiter told us everyday was Long Island day but bother to tell us the difference in price for that day. We also didnt expect that a red beer with on-tap Coors Light would be so pricey! Appetizers were supposed to be half price but when we ordered, the waiter didnt bother to inform us that the "TRIO" needed to be ordered as separate items. We got 1/2 as much for twice as much. The waiter just didnt seem to care about his tips, his job security, or his customers -what a shame!

Ive had mixed experiences over the years, but last night my wife and I stopped in for dinner and was overly impressed at the experience. I ordered a Cobb salad. It wasnt a pile of salad mixed together with things that I didnt recognize like some experienced Ive had with other vendors. Instead it was nicely placed separately on the plate and was all very fresh and tasty. I didnt expect such flavor and appetite fulfillment with just a salad. The service was fast and the restaurant was very clean.

This used to be my go to place for football and other sports until me and a buddy both got big screen TVs. They have really good happy hour deals and unbeatable specials during football games. The waiters, waitresses and bartenders were always happy to see us and gave us exceptional service. My only complaint is that the upper management is sometimes rude and grumpy. Fridays has probably the best rewards program in the city, I dined cheaply almost every time I went there.

This establishment has very horrible service. When our party was seated we had to obtain our own menus after 15 minutes of waiting. On top of bad service, a member of our party found a hair cooked into the cheese of her hamburger. After talking to the "manager" we received only coupons for an 8 dollar appetizer. To conclude the experience we had, the manger took over 20 minutes to get us our bill. Very horrible first time to TGI fridays.

Horrible place for any type of service. It took a half hour to get drinks and they charged us double for our food. They must have dumb people working there. Last time we went they we had a free appetizer and they gave to the other people we were with because it was a bigger discount but yet it didnt help us even though it was ours. And they wouldnt fix it either. So we will never be going back to this tgif!

I had the worst experience at this location yesterday Holly our server was rude and arguing with me about her wanting to take her time to give me my ticket! Then to boot she ran our credit card for two different amounts!! The worst service and server I have experienced at this location! She was rude and very disrespectful!! I will still go back tho the food is good but not in her section!!

The waitress was a saving grace for this place. Otherwise, our time there was terrible. It took forever for anyone to seat us and when they did, it felt as if they were doing us a favor by doing so. Our orders were wrong, which isnt good when youre dealing with allergies. Every with the exception of our waitress was just rude. I dont think ill be back any time soon.

Got stuck with a waiter in training who clearly needs more training. The person training him only talked to us for a second and only after we complained about the food. As for the food the soup was cold, the chicken wings had no sauce on them had to ask for some on the side. After everything the food was only mediocre at best all in all a bad night out!!!
