Super bias, we drove around because we were in a hurry for lunch and wanted Thai food. I wasnt expecting anything big or anything to wow me from this place. My friends and I loved the interior decorations, it gave me a nostalgic feel of being back in Thailand at a restaurant. I ordered Pad Thai and Tom Kha, my friend ordered Drunken Noodles. We had 45 minutes to eat before heading back to our seminar. The food came out hot and fresh. Everything tasted great, I love my Pad Thai Colorado-style, which is a little saucy and sweeter. However, Im sure you could tell her to ease on the sauce. The staff here were very friendly and hospitable. My heart went out to the owner, she really worked hard in making sure her patrons were accommodated and you could see the stress in her. She made sure I enjoyed my Pad Thai and told her she was open for constructive criticism. Check out the family-ran restaurant!

This place was so close to being a 2 star, had it not been saved by the phenomenal steamed dumplings, and so close to being a 4 star, had it not been for the overly soggy crab cheese wantons. The boyfriend and I ordered delivery on a Friday night. I was surprised when my email and text confirmations said it would be delivered within 40-50 minutes. I was not surprised when it actually arrived an hour and 15 minutes after we ordered. I got the panang curry and the boyfriend go the drunken noodles. Though we both ordered "medium" heat, his was far hotter than mine. We both have similar tolerance for heat and he could barely finish it. Unfortunately, we couldnt order from a place again knowing how completely disappointing the crab cheese wantons were. Thats usually our favorite appetizer and we didnt even eat all of them. With other Thai places to try in the area, well be moving along from here.

5 reviews 2.0 star rating 7/23/2017 Just ordered here thirty minutes ago before closing. So far VERY disappointed. The noodles were coated in oil and the sauce was awful. Also, there were hardly ANY NOODLES GIVEN TO US maybe half of a small container. I ordered the curry in a 5 which is medium level for them. THIS CURRY WAS NOT MEDIUM. I almost coughed my lung out in the kitchen. The food was in edible and we ended up throwing it away. I tried calling, not expecting to get an answer because we did go in right before they closed, BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I will be calling in tomorrow. What a shame. UPDATE: JUST GOT OFF OF THE PHONE WITH THE OWNER WHO WAS SO RUDE AND AWFUL. DO NOT GO TO THIS HERE. TODAY I HAVE HORRIBLE FOOD SICKNESS AND WHEN I TRIED TO TALK TO HER ON THE PHONE ABOUT IT SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Out of all the Thai restaurants that Ive tried, Bangkok Thai Food is the best with its array of Thai cuisine from traditional pad thai to stir fried, these food that they make is truly authenic. If you are talking about spice level, they will warn you if its spicy or not. I tell you mild is perfect! if you can handle the heat order up the hot, you will need a gallon of water to help you finish. Mine and my husbands all time favorite food to get is the fried dumplings, shumai, and duck fried rice (cant get it anywhere else but here). We love the owner they are good people to know. Its a small restaurant from the outside but walk in, the atmosphere is big! I LOVE THIS PLACE :D

What a miserable experience! We ordered for an appetizer and maincourse. We were never told that the appetizer was not available until half an hour after ordering. The fried rice and noodles that were served to us did not have many ingredients listed on their menu card( many veggies). When we complained of the same, the waitress said she would get steamed veggies but never got them for ten minutes. What a service! one waitress and about 7-8 tables! grossly understaffed. We were so excited to try this place but deeply disappointed with the service and unprofessional staff.

I really hate to do this, because personally I loved the food that I had. I am writing this after getting literally 0 hours of sleep. My girlfriend and I got take out from here last night, around 6 or 7, and ate when we got home. Tried to go to bed, but couldnt, because shes been up all night/morning throwing up. I dont know if her chicken was under-cooked, if it was unclean, or what happened really. I just figured this should be out there as a precaution. 2 stars cause my food was good, and I didnt get sick.

Overall a very solid Thai place. I had the Massaman curry for lunch and made it a rush order since I had a scheduled commitment afterward. Service was lightning fast, as requested. One aspect I love about this place is the lunch counter service. I am an old-school diner fan and counter service always brings back fond memories. At BTF, its a great way to grab a quick Thai lunch. Dining at the counter, I was paid and out the door in half an hour. And I will be back.

I just called for delivery and was told the wait would be over two hours, she then hung up on me as I was trying to ask her how long it would be for pick up. I called a second time and there was no answer. Called a third time and she finally picked up, I asked how long it would take for pick up, she kept calling me sir and said over one hour then hung up on me again. Wont be trying this place after all.

You need to eat here! I eat lunch at Bangkok Thai Food at least once a week. Now i do work nearby but i certainly dont eat here just because its convenient. The food is AMAZING. I make an effort to try a new menu item every time and i have never been disappointed. Give this place a chance and i guarantee you wont be disappointed either.

WORST service I have ever had. Waited 15 minutes after finishing appetizers before server came to take dinner order, as we were actively trying to get her attention. After waiting 15 minutes to place our order, we were asked to wait to place out order. Appetizers were great, wish we knew how the dinner could have been....

Picked up some takeout here and it was quite tasty! There was definitely a nasty funk up in that restaurant though. Septic or something. I would not be able to eat in there. BUT if youre just wanting to get some food and bring it home, this is a good option. Reasonably priced and quite good!

A local Thai place that will steal your heart. The most genuine and hardworking owner and the most amazing green curry. Always a service with a smile and always very clean tables. It can get busy with takeouts on a cold night, but if you need to wait an extra minute, it is very worth it.

So glad we randomly stopped into this place. Great food, and the ladies that run it are very kind. I was shocked, as an avid Thai food fan, to explore multiple new dishes. Can wait to try some more. The winner today was #7 noodle dish = amazing!

This is my new favorite Thai restaurant in Denver! The sweetest, funniest lady runs the place. The food reminds me of being back in Thailand! The kao soy is just like you get in Chiang Mai, and I could eat the larb all day!
