UPDATE AT BOTTOM!! READ... HORRIBLE! I work in the area and eat out for lunch just about everyday, and Im not giving this place anymore of my money. Been there on average once a week or 2 for several months, and half the time my order is wrong, but majorly wrong might i add. I ordered the "number 4; jumbo Jack CHEESEburger, without tomato" said exactly like that... I get a jumbo Jack BURGER with extra tomato, no cheese. It says right on the menu CHEESEBURGER!!! NOT BURGER!!! And too many other mistakes to waste your time with, as youre going to see the astounding number of 1 star ratings, and the occasional 4 or 5 star "planted" rating, ill bet... Wish i wouldve read these comments sooner, and saved headaches... One of the drive through ladies cant even speak enough English to take orders right, or theyre just being spiteful, which might be the case cause my orders are wrong half the time, and i only make small changes like no tomatoes or no ice... Just asinine, simply asinine!!! UPDATE: Im usually willing to give it another try, and i did today (a month later). I order the same thing. Jumbo Jack cheeseburger combo (clearly stated NO TOMATO, AND NO ICE) she heard, no doubt about it... I get to the window... My drink is full of ice, which i make her redo. And low and behold... SEVERAL TOMATOES ON THE SANDWICH!!! Absolutely done with this place! And deliberately going to eat at every one of there competitors nearby, no matter the cost. Peace out

Horrible experience here between 6:30-7:08 pm tonight stuck in their drive-through with no way to escape My husband likes Jack In The Box tacos so we stop here on our way to Arvada Center for a performance. We have seasons tickets at the Arvada Center so have gotten tacos here for many years. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant so I allowed 25 minutes to buy & eat the tacos. When I ordered at the drive-through I was told they were out of tacos. We were hungry so I ordered a couple of burgers. We were behind 4 cars in the drive-through and the cars did not move. I got out of car and asked if something was wrong but lady said nothing was wrong. I said I could not escape from the line and I was going to be late to our performance. She said shed get me the manager but the manager did not come. It took them 35 minutes to serve the 4 cars in front of me before I was free to leave - 7 minutes per order. I asked for the managers phone number but wasnt given it. I wont be back. All I expect from a fast food restaurant is for it to be fast. Something was really wrong with this one tonight.

Ive been here 4 times in the past couple months. Every time my order has been wrong. Like, wanted a burger and got egg rolls instead kind of wrong. Once they said they had "stopped making food hours ago because of slow traffic" despite having a 24 hour drive through and at least 4 employees working at the time. A handful of employees there for hours not making food seemed strange. I feel like they would close if that were the case so as to not pay a bunch of people to sit around. Another time an employee got audibly upset at me for not being able to understand my order, then I heard them yell in frustration through the speaker as I started driving. I ordered like I did at every drive through I had ever been at so I dont know. Equipment issues? No need to get so upset though. I make it a point to only review things that I thought were great, but this place is SO bad I had to stray from that conviction. You should only go here if you like paying for disappointment. I only live a few blocks away from this place but I will never go back.

An older gentleman named Michael helped me out tonight. He was very pleasant and nice. Most places that stay open late I feel a passive aggressiveness toward all the customers that come in late at night but not here, I felt welcome. And some advice on how to be decent human being 101: if you come to a place late at night when everyone else is asleep, give the people serving you some patience. They cant whip up a million tacos for you in 1 minute. These people are only working a graveyard shift to serve you because you demand it. Therefore appreciate the fact they live a schedule opposite of yours just so you can get tacos at 2 am. Also, be a decent human being. The people serving you will appreciate it. Thank you Jack in the Box and Michael :) Side note: the egg rolls are bomb. Bacon ranch monster tacos are a go-to.

I have come to this specific location and out of 3 times a month every month they have no taco sauce. Or they say theres sauce in the tacos already. So what if I want extra taco sauce which is provided at every other JITB. How is it that randomly I come here and theres always a sauce issue. Or a coffee creamer issue. This is so stupid. Then when someone orders tacos, they should be made aware that there isnt any sauce available. So I can change my order. And the coffee creamer too? WTH The stank attitude from the manager, with that too bad shoulder shrug. Doesnt help either. Too cheap to hand out sauce packets. And creamer cups? Then dont sell the products that require taco sauce. And stop offering coffee if u have no creamer to go with it.

I hate this place, the only reason I go here is because its within walking distance. The staff acts like they dont want to be there, theyre hardly ever open, like today at 0930 am, I walk to the restaurant to get some grub and theres a sign that reads " sorry for the inconvenience, but lobby is closed" Id be cool with it if it was rare that this happens, but it happens every other day! And on top of this nonsense, my order is hardly ever right! The owners need to get their act together and hire some people that want to keep their business open. Saturday May 20th 2017, lobby not open. For maintenance.

every time I go in this location Im going to wait a while for my food at least 15 minutes and the managers and crew members are rude. last time I went in there I waited 5 minutes just for someone to take my order and then another 15 for my food to be completed .manager that took my order and gave it to me wasnt even polite she didnt even say thank you or apologize for waiting 15 minutes you know I was the only customer there to. its pretty sad that it takes them 15 min to help one customer the not even saying thank you to the customer.

Wow! Bacon cheese burger on sourdough? So bomb. It was a little drier than I would have liked but you can ask for extra sauce on the side. I see a lot of naysayers on here. Dont let one bad experience ruin your potential enjoyment of a very reasonable fast food establishment. How many bad reviewers even bothered to speak with the staff at the restaurant about their problem? Just a bunch of passive aggressive types too afraid to bring their personal confrontations to real human beings. Keep up the good work you internet critics!
