The food is good dont get me wrong. Its just the service that there is a huge lack of. First off they call your name out when it is ready, maybe hire people that cant yell. I didnt hear my name and waited thirty minutes before going up to see that my food had been sitting there. And all the guy said was well no one came when we called the order. Wow really no sorry for you inconvenience or anything. Go to another noodle and company that have reps that want to help you and get you your food.

What a disappointment this was. Me and my family hadnt eaten at Noodles in years, but we saw one and my son really loves the pesto noodles so we stopped. My husbands penne rosa had almost no sauce, they were dry and tasteless. My sons pesto tasted like wine. The cook didnt even mix the sauce in with my ramen dish. We took the food to go, and live far from that location. Noodles is going down the drain.

I placed an order togo this evening. When I arrived they apologized and let me know theyd run out of what Id ordered. Completely fine with it I just ordered something different.The manager insisted theyd pay for my meal. Wonderful customer service! Even though I live close to another location Ill make the drive to this one from now on! Thank you Noodles staff at 104th and Federal! :)

Dont usually write reviews but had to in this case. Had an issue and Christina the manager went above and beyond to help me out. I have a different Noodles by my house but always travel a little further for this location because the food and customer service is outstanding! Japanese Pan Noodles and Chicken Chopped Salad (great dressing) are my favorites.

Could not get my order correct then had to send it back corrected what I wanted and had to send it back again. Then was told by the boss to make sure to order correctly next time. I did not even know what i got the first two time hard to order the wrong thing when you do not know what it is.

Its full o noodles if thats your cup o noodles hehehehe. Oh and cup o noodles are like 99 pennies at the grocery store if youre in need of more noodles my fellow Denverites. What are noodles made out of anyway? What are they really? Im so confused...Ill go noodle it over for a bit

Very friendly people at this noodles. The man that cleared our plates stopped buy twice and asked us how our food was and if we needed anything like a waiter. Very impressed. We have not been to a noodles in a long time but this experience made me want to come back again.

This location has improved very much since I last frequented them a few months ago. My last 3 visits I noticed the staff stays on top of keeping the lobby clean, service was better and faster and the chicken Vera Cruz salad is amazing! Thanks guys and good job!

I will give them a great rating for the food but service and lack of attention to detail of the employees almost all tables are full of dirty dishes employees going home before everything is cleaned and talking behind the counter and not doing there job

This Noodles is great! Food is real good and the place is clean also. we will be back again soon. i am now back after 3 mos and something is wrong here. it isnt clean, food on the tables everywhere and the crew doesnt seem to care. very disappointed.

Thanks for the raw shrimp, the horrible service and the worst experience from a manager i have ever gotten. Dissatisfaction doesnt even cover the 10$ meal that was Luke warm, under cooked and missing half of the ingredients that was advertised.

Dirty tables, smaller portions from even a couple months ago. My 10 year old is still is still hungry after an adult small pasta... The value is getting hard to justify. Pho across the street is a better value I think, and very tasty!

The food was really good and fast service. A few things that could be fixed would be to count back change and to listen a bit better I order a five piece meatball and received and payed for a 10. Nothing major just some pointers

I asked a worker here if they had some cleaner forks because all the forks had bad water spots and some still had food particles on. He looks at me and tells me I can just wipe it off. Seriously!! Will not come back.

I really liked this place until they got rid of the dish I ordered (Indonesian Peanut Sauté). You guys deleted my favorite dish and nothing you have is as good! I deleted a star :(

Buttered noodles excellent! Service very quick! But come on $6.00 for such a small portion? It wouldnt feed my 6 year old! I would of giving a 5 but for the portion size.
