I was hosting a large birthday party for my son and his friends. I called ahead at 1pm, requesting that 9 Cheese and 9 Pepperoni Pizzas be ready at 5:30 for p/u. I was running late and called to let the store know I was going to be there at 6pm. Upon my arrival, they simply took my order as though i did not call ahead although i reminded the girl at the counter of my prior call in. Perhaps having expectation that if you call in the order, it would be ready for p/u. NO! They simply asked me to step aside and they would work on it. When i noticed that everyone after me, ordering a usual 1 or 2 pizzas were being handed the pizzas, I realized they were not setting aside my order! I spoke up and reminded her that I called in and my order should have been ready, now you are giving all the pizzas as they come out of the oven to the people who are ordering 1 or 2. What upset me most was the manager claimed he did not know of a call in and would not step from out of the kitchen to talk to me. He hid like a chicken behind his employees! This was the most unprofessional encounter with a person in management. The second worker (who may have taken my order earlier) stepped in realizing there was a call ahead and that no one else took initiative to assist. I wish I took note of his name, he did well. He quickly stacked all available pizzas together to make my order. I will not recommend this place again. When you call in and want an order ready to go, that needs to be done!

Been to this location twice. Both times for the $5 carry out. One time there were pizzas ready, other time I had to wait for the pizza to be made. Although it advertises pizzas to be ready on the go, it was a 5 minute wait. However, it was fresh. This seems petty right? Like oh my gosh... I actually had to wait 5 minutes... Id wait 15 minutes for a good pizza, no big deal. But thats not whats being advertised. To their defense, it was 6pm dinner time and they did appear to be busy. Their pizzas have been good at a good price.

If I could rate zero stars, I would for this place on our most recent order. I called and ordered two deep dish pizzas. One supreme, one pepperoni and sausage and quoted me $16. Upon arrival for pickup, they had one pizza with half supreme and half pep and sausage. We definitely wanted a second pizza so we waited for it and the final price was $27 not $16. Manager offered breadsticks but we already had two. We really wanted to have the quoted price but they disagreed. Will not go back.

Terrible service, cheap pizza made with artificial ingredients, and false advertisement. Their flyers have a lower price than in store prices (the old bait and switch). Most of the time the pizza is not even cut leading me to believe most of the workers there are lazy, stupid, or high. I will never order pizza from here again, I guess you get what you pay for. With so many other pizza stores why waste your time and money?

Terrible pizza! Pizza did not have any tomato sauce on it at all and the canned mushroom were especially disappointing. Pretty much the worst pizza I have ever tried in my entire life. My wife and I took 2 bites each and threw away the pizza. We then went to another pizza place to replace the terribe pizza we got from Little Caesars.

Went in for a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Waited about 5 minutes then drove another 5 minutes home and the pizza looks horrible, uneven crust, doughy crust, and it was cold, the breadsticks were cold and unseasoned. Do not go to this location for little ceasers pizza, they cannot handle more than three customers at a time.

The best little Caesars Ive been to recently. The pizzas actually have toppings in an even distribution and theyre pretty yummy. Ive had some rude interactions and wrong orders on occasion. But theyre teenagers. The staff is rarely the same from visit to visit. If you need a quick pizza fix for less than a frozen pie. Go here.

Horrific. I had to turn around because my jaw was getting a workout on their dry, crazy bread. I waited five more minutes for a new batch. No butter, it tasted like they sprinkled cheese without any butter on dry bread. I will probably not go back.

Pizza is mostly about expectations. Little Caesars meets or exceeds my expectations in price, flavor, and quickness. My family likes Little Caesars better than pizzas that cost four times the amount. This store has always been fast and friendly.

Call ahead and put your order in. Out of the our last 10 visits, they only lived up to their "hot n ready" promise twice. Food is good, it would just be nice if they could live up to the company slogan.

Went in for 2 Crazy Breads and a sauce. The Crazy Bread was disgusting. There was absolutely NO parmesean on it. and it was just plain cut up bread. Worst Crazy Bread Ive had in my 44 years.
