**UPDATE** This is an update from the below review that I left. So my husband disputed the charges since the manager never called us back that night to let them know our food was messed up. Because we disputed the charge my husband had to speak to the manager and let him know why we were disputing the charge, after about 5 minutes on the phone the MANAGER was actually arguing with my husband about our order. I mean really your the manager and your arguing with a customer??!! I just couldnt believe it.. Then after the whole ordeal the manager said he would refund us the money, a week later the money has not been refunded.. This LOCATION is garbage and we will NEVER give our business to this location again!! WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEADQUARTERS OF THIS COMPANY. **2nd UPDATE** So they finally returned our money. I want to say the 2nd or 3rd week after the fact and someone called to verify if we received our money. Yes we did! Thanks. Never again will you get business from us. This review is for when we ordered delivery. We ordered an extra large Chelsea with garlic and basil, 1 pound of Buffalo wings, and garlic knots. The pizza didnt have any garlic or basil that I asked for, we received only 10 ounces of wings (we have a scale at home and my husband weighed it since it didnt look like a pound), and there was no garlic on the garlic knots. Isnt this places called GARLIC KNOTS?? So we called to let them know that we basically didnt get what we ordered and the person said the manager was out delivering and she would let him know when he got back but we never received a call. Nevertheless we were disappointed with our meal. The food is good but make sure your order is correct before accepting it.

Walked in the door and the entire restaurant was freezing. The waitress was even complaining that they needed to turn the heat up. Ordered a 10 piece garlic knots and they were really good...however I was completely grossed out when I unrolled my napkin and there was hair in it. My husband and daughter order a small ham and pineapple pizza to share and I ordered an individual slice of pizza with mushrooms and black olives. The pizza they shared was actually very good. The individual slice looked like they took a piece of old cheese pizza, threw some toppings on it and threw it on a plate. The toppings werent even held on by anything. I sent it back and the waitress tried to explain thats how individual slices are made (like Ive never had pizza by the slice). The entire restaurant felt cheesy. Wont be back.

Our office ordered pizza and garlic knots on 3/24/16. First attempt at delivery they brought us completely wrong pizzas and no garlic knots; second attempt (over a hour later) they brought us our correct pizzas, still no garlic knots, third attempt we simply asked them to credit the knots back to our credit card since they were never received and they refused-stating "they brought us two extra pizzas". I told them it was not our fault we ended up with the extra two pizzas that we did not order and they still only offered a credit to their establishment. I dont mind when people make mistakes, it happens, but they should have made it right and refunded us for the food that was never received.

Ordered a pizza and some knots, the lady on the phone said it would be right over. An hour goes by so I call she says it should be here any minute. 40 more mins goes by called back and the lady on the phone assures me the pizza will be fresh so i ask how and she hangs up on me. Finally almost 2 hours later the pizza shows up. I tell the delivery driver its been almost 2 hours and he starts to get an attitude. It ended with the delivery driver speeding off yelling f* you out of his window. Real professioal. The owner wasnt the greatest either.

I have ordered from them three times and Never again!!! I have gotten Garlic knot from their Roxborough location Many time. I know their food is Great!! But Not at their Canal location!!! Two out of three times the food was burnt, they forgot my garkic knots once, was to get a credit never got that on my next order. Garlic knots have No garlic on them. And the meat pinwheels were soooo small it was insulting!!! Food is Way Too greasy. I will only buy from the Roxsborough location!!!

Committed to customer service!! I ordered a large pizza and a medium was delivered. Without question, the delivery person apologized and offered to return shortly with another pizza at no cost. Not only did she bring another pizza, she returned with a large one. I worry writing a review like this that others will dishonestly attempt to take advantage. Please respect companies who respect their customers!! Kudos to the Littleton GK managers for their policy

Ive noticed that when we call in orders, something always goes wrong. Luckily we live close to this location, so they always have quick turn around when fixing mistakes, which is nice. We have had nothing but 100% success ordering GK via Grub Hub. I dont know if its because its loud there and sometimes they dont hear you right or what, but i noticed a huge difference when we stopped calling in orders. Grub Hub is a free app and it makes everything easier.

Past experiences have been great but the owner was always there. Last night my silver ware was dirty, my drink glass was dirty and the pizza was not cut all the way through. When I took the pizza up to the counter I could hear the cook bitching about having to re-cut the pizza. The pizza was very good, just not sure how clean everything was. I guess even places that are normally great have bad days.

Horrible place! Used to have good pizza. Just ordered 2 pizzas and garlic knots. One and a half hours to deliver a basic pizza. GARLIC KNOTS WERE JUST DOUGH, NOT COOKED 1.5 HOURS TO DELIVER PIZZA WAS COLD UPON ARRIVAL Manager was a complete ass! $40 for cold undercooked food and no means to make it right. Last time we order from these jerks.

Ordered delivery. Reiterated 3 times on bacon over canadian bacon. Still got it wrong. And pizza was cold when it arrived. When you shell out 30 bucks,including tip for one pie, you want it correct! Ill give them another try at some point. Everything has been good previously. Frustrating is all.

I come here about every 2 months or so. Ive only ever had one issue and that was when some knots were seasoned a little too heavily. I didnt complain to the restaurant, so theres nothing for them to rectify. Staff has always been friendly and food has always been good.

Normally I am very satisfied with Garlic knot, but recently I have run into orders not being completed right (no garlic or butter on knots). Fairly quick delivery one day and 3x longer the next time you order.

They "lost" our pizza when we arrived 25 mins after ordering when it would be ready in 20 minutes. The "child" manager was a poor representation of this place. I see why they have 3 stars they should have 0!

The garlic knots good and the pizza was great. Service seemed to be top notch, compared to the Roxburough store it can keep up. Seems to be running smoothly now and great food
