Called at 7pm and ordered food. Got told around 1 hr to 1.15 hrs for delivery. Called back at 8:15 and got told that the driver had already delivered the food. I told them that I hadnt paid or seen a driver, and that I wanted the money back. She began to refund me, then I decided against that, and said I still wanted the food. She said she would deliver to me, and that it would be ready within 10 minutes. She called me back 15 minutes later, saying that she doubled my entire order. The original order was 1/2 rack of ribs (with fries and coleslaw), a small piece of jalapeno poppers, and a small cherry pepsi. She had changed it to a full rack of ribs, double fries and double coleslaw, large jalapeno poppers and a large cherry pepsi for free for the inconvenience. I was going to stop ordering from there (This is my first time), but mistakes happen, and they definitely fixed it!!! will definitely order from them again due to their diligent and understanding customer service.

The man taking calls doesnt know what hes doing. After two calls trying to get the final price with a coupon put on our door and the associate not being able to just give us an amount that doesnt jack up the price, we were so frustrated we will never call again. If it says "get a free 12" pizza" it should be free! The price shouldnt jack up as soon as you apply a coupon, that is a rip-off. If the pizza is $14.99 before the coupon and then we add a "free cheese pizza" as it list on your coupon it shouldnt jump to $25. You dont charge a larger amount once a coupon is applied, that is not honest. Pudge Bros shame on you! Dont offer coupons you dont honor. SO disappointed. Papa Johns got our money last night, and it was money well-spent.

This was the WORST delivery experience i have ever had... they couldnt find our location.. (aaahhh Google maps) the pizza was cold. The pepperoni pizza had been sitting around soooo long it was orange and looked like they used cheddar cheese. And the final thing is we ordered wings and extra bleu cheese and they didnt deliver any bleu cheese... and to top it off they freaking BAKE their wings... if your going to have wings on your menu you had better have deep fryers... if not dont even f***ing bother and your have absolutely no right to offer wings... absolutely the worst experience ever DO NOT order from this place. Outrageous!

I was tired of buying Little Ceasers pizza and wanted something diffeent.I Picked up a monster pizza and bread sticks about a month ago. The place was dark, dirty and looked almost vacant. The pizza was about room temperature, it smelled good but the cheese was solid and not melted. The bread sticks looked like they were frozen and barely heated up. I guess I will go back to Little Ceasers. I also find it a little suspicious that some of the reviews that are positive may be tied to the owner, if you ever visited the place you may know what I mean.

I make Pizzas at home and I enjoy making them taste the way I want it, but there are occasions when I dont have the time to make a Pizza. So I call up these guys and they patiently and kindly take my super customized order and deliver it very fast, I mean these guys chop up onions and tomatoes freshly the way that I want it and this recently happened when I ordered 9 Monster Pizzas. Great tasting ingredients. I love their work and will always order from them for their unique performance. My hat goes to you guys, really 5++.

I love boneless chicken wings. So when my girlfriend and I received a flyer on our door advertising 30 wings for twenty bucks, we thought wed give them a try. We ordered for carry out, but upon getting home we discovered we hadnt gotten what we ordered. These were not boneless chicken wings, these were chicken nuggets drizzled with sauce. I was very disappointed. So we called to complain. The manager couldnt of cared less. We will never order from Pudge Bros again, and wed recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

First time weve ordered from here after a flyer was stuck on our door. Ordered at 7:45 and was told it would take 45 minutes to get delivered (we live 10 minutes away). At 9:05 we finally got our pizza. It was cold and wasnt even sliced, came as one whole piece so we had to slice it ourselves. Even heated up, not a great pizza. Guy on the phone spoke broken english when I called to complain and didnt seem apologetic in the least. Will not be returning.

This place deserves all the bad reviews. Tried to cancel my order after receiving notification that it will be another hours wait for my already late food. The man on the phone resorted to screaming and said he wouldnt cancel the order before hanging up. If the driver ever shows up Ill have to give him the bad news and Ill be telling him to get his tip from the man I spoke with on the phone because I will not be giving this place a dime of my money.

Ok I almost listen to the reviews but I figure I would try pulled up outside kinda scared but ordered anyway and . It was great we orderedthe giant pizza pep and cheese AAWESOME also had wings Awesome and a chef salad it was ok the calzone was Awesomeand NO I DON NOT WORK THERE I am a woman and there were all guys there but it gave it all a 5 awesome job guys ok bed it. And we picked it up thank you all

I ordered a pizza and they quoted me 45-60 min which is normal for a Friday night. After 70 min and no pizza I called and they said the pizza left a while ago and should be there shortly. After 1.5 hours I called and they said the pizza was just out of the oven. They didnt offer any discount or anything. I cancelled my order and will never order again. Terrible customer service. Not worth the hassel.

Terrible. We called to order and were on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and got hung up on about 3 times. Called back and someone finally answered, asked to speak to a manager but said no manager available and wanted to place us on hold again... In that time they could have taken our order instead of making excuses... Terrible customer service. If I could give negative stars I would.

Jose took my order which was a big order with a lot of requests and changes , he was very patients and got my order just right. Jose gave me an e.t.a. of 30 to 45 min then called me 15 min later to tell me that the order was almost ready for pick up the pizza was hot and very good the toppings were fresh and the crust was perfect fresh salads and

Highly disappointed! Ordered a pizza at 8:45 pm and paid for it and left a tip.. Got the confirmation and update.. Never received my pizza! Not one phone call letting me know. So I called and no answer! How are you going to take someones money and not deliver? Not happy in the least bit. Expensive pizza and didnt get it nor a call.
