Is it me? I tip really well and I always felt I was friendly. Stopped in on a Tuesday around 8:30 and sat in the bar, after not even being offered water or a menu I went up to the bar and ordered a drink, paid and tipped 100% to make a point I was worth the effort. Now I am leaving as I still have no menu and have not eaten all day. The place is packed with regulars, I guess I dont fit in? Edit on 8/1/17: I changed from a 3 star to a 1, came in to give a second chance, I am currently standing by the door with 5 other groups waiting to be seated as we all sit here and wonder why we are waiting when we can easily count 16 empty tables. Another customer asked the hostess why she could not seat anyone and she only would say her manager told her to start a 15 minute wait, but she did not know why. I know why, the manager at this place is an idiot that needs to be removed stat. This used to be an ok place, I am guessing the slide down hill began with the hiring of this dumb ads. STAY AWAY! GQbbq is just down the street, you will be treated better and the food is 10xs better.

Went there with my family last night. Waited an hour for food to come out. I order the cod po boy and it was awful. Set on a plate with a piece of paper dripping with grease. Soggy wilted salad mix and a pickle on it instead of Cole slaw. Their kids meals are horrifically priced for the amount of food on the plate. Then at the end of the meal when it looked like we may be finishing up servers and bus boys descended on us like locusts snatching up everyones plates. No one asked are you finished? Can I take that for you? Just basically a get the f*** out. So all in all not impressed. Will not return.

Was not happy with my service or my food today. Very disappointing. The waitress was clueless as to when to bring drinks and plates. I got a turkey club bacon was burnt no mayo on it to begin with and the lettuce was slimy & brown as they washed it off trying to make it look better. When I told my waitress she asked if I wanted new lettuce, not a new sandwich or Ill take that off your bill but new lettuce. Will not be returning it was just too disappointing, this place used to be a nice place for lunch.

The type of service and the time for food to be brought out to the table can be hit or miss. Typically the staff in the bar do a better job then the dining area. The food can take FOREVER sometimes. We have found weekdays (for example Mondays and Tuesdays) it takes longer. We have also missed out on our waitress ringing up our memberships rewards card for credit on the beers we ordered. Which is very dissapointing. An okay place to go and relax with some decent food and good beer if your not in a hurry.

Old chicagos is usually awesome, but this particular one has always been cursed for my wife and I. Every time we come here the service is bad and something goes wrong with our order. This time we were served undercooked chicken wings. I get that sometimes stuff just happens but even after pointing it out to the manager he told me why they werent undercooked. If chicken has bloody juice near the bone. Its undercooked. Trust me

We eat at the Broomfield location on a regular basis and I personally dont understand the bad reviews. Management has always fixed any problems, servers are very nice and we even take our grandkids into the bar (the bar has larger booths). Sometimes the food might take longer, sometimes something isnt made correctly but honestly people... it happens. Treat the staff as you want to be treated and you will be rewarded.

worst experience ever. service was below unacceptable, management is virtually non existence and extremely poor. I would absolutely not recommend this location. I live very close and have been going for years and would never return. Absolutely the worst experience. This old Chicago is a shameful place to spend time and money to say the least. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Food was so slow coming out, over a 40 minute wait. We kust had appetizer. It was cold and nasty. It was a Wednesday night and there was no reason for being so slow. Other people around us were waiting longer. Service was okay but assistant manager was rude and offered no solution to us. This place was always the best but something has changed, wont be going back anytime soon. :(

We waited 10 minutes for a seat - no big deal! It was the 20 minutes we were waiting for someone, anyone, to come get us drinks, or say hello, or anything that was ridiculous. Half a dozen servers walked by without even noticing us. On the way out, three different employees told us thanks for coming in. Wont be back!

I do not u understand the the bad reviews. Its a family friendly restaurant (except for bar area, duh). Its a restaurant. Not a fast food joint. You want a meal in 15 mins? Go to McDonalds. You want a Family Friendly Sports Lounge experience? Old Chicago. Otherwise get yourself in a fast food Lane.

Outrageous wait time to get our food. Came on a Monday night and it was slow it took over an hour to get our food that wasnt even warm by the time we got it. For not being busy and only ordering two things when it was slow is really unacceptable. The food was not worth the wait.

We love coming here. The pizza is always good and the other food options are great. We especially love their fried pickles. However, their portions seem to be getting smaller. We were disappointed in the small portion of fried pickles tonight. No happy about this one.

Incredibly slow. An hour between getting seated and getting our food order taken, we arrived a little after 8pm and didnt get out until 10:30pm. Food is good, decent selection of beers on tap. Once our order was taken, food came out in a reasonable amount of time.

I work at a different OC and this one is not to the standards of a normal OC. Make the drive to a different one. Sorry but sometimes the truth hurts. Took an hour to get food on a lunch break... Needless to say my primary is questioning why I was gone so long.

this particular location is the best-they are a training store, so everything is always on point-and CLEAN!! i used to work there, loved it. still love the food, my boyfriend has completed 2 beer tours!!! love old cs!

Stopped in with my father to get an appetizer, literally took 35 minutes to receive our artichoke dip, not to mention that was the ONLY thing we ordered and the manager treated us like complete dirt. Horrible service.

the service is pretty good. the food is heavy and nothing all that special. its definitely served hot. I burnt my guns on a molten fry, but everything else was good and I had about 2 more meals or of my dinner.
