Fantastic Japanese / Korean options. I love the bulgogi bowl, AMAZING flavor and perfect with the little bit of cabbage in there. One of the other reviews says this place is the best sushi bar theyve been to, I think they are thinking of somewhere else. This place has california roll and a tuna roll but that is all, still tasty but very basic. Great ramen noodle soup and rice bowls though, fantastic! One thing to be aware of - they say they are open on Sunday but we went to visit at 12:45 on a Sunday afternoon, completely closed. Thats when we noticed they scraped the Sunday hours off the door, however they are still on the advertisements. Just something to be aware of.

didnt have kimchi, it was on the menu. was quoted a price for my lunch it changed when I got there. the person that took my order didnt know the difference between lunch and dinner size a.k.a a large and small. when I first got there asked to speak with the manager and was informed that they were too busy cooking. the second time I ask to speak with the manager or mother of the child that took my order and my money. the child told me she didnt speak English.. good food doesnt make up for the poor customer service and lack of professionalism! small businesses like this dont last!

I have been coming to this little place for YEARS. I absolute LOVE it. They have such delicious food, and the people that work/own the place are so sweet. The women there are always so nice when I come in. Even when it takes just a little bit longer than told, they still make sure youre happy when you leave. The food speaks for itself. I always get the bowls, spicy chicken, mild chicken, teriyaki chicken. It is always delicious. Watch out though, when they say spicy, it means spicy. Great flavor though. I recommend this place very highly.

Great place! My boyfriend & I used to come here for lunch all the time. We went once and loved the ramen and how flavorful it is. I am a simple person and do not like too many vegetables in my ramen, but he loves the crunch of them. My only issue with them is that they are so popular for lunch that the wait is sometimes too long for us to eat there. They are such wonderful and nice people which makes up for it, and we will probably continue to come here as often as we can.

We ordered ramen. We literally saw them making it from instant ramen, which you can get at the grocery store for 30 cents. And they added marinated pork, that was meant for a completely different dish and was not very fresh. Broth was also made from the seasoning packet that came with instant ramen, and I believe they just added some Sriracha in the end. Not at all what I would expect when going out to dinner.

So glad to have found this small family owned and operated place. Nice people, clean and pleasant atmosphere, and the food is excellent! If you havent tried Bibimbop, do! You cant go wrong. My family and I have been coming here on the average of two to three times a month, trying something different each time, and have not found anything that we havent thoroughly enjoyed. Try the Bibimbop, but be hungry!

Simple, ethnic hole in the wall lunch place. Rice bowls and Bento Boxes are very good. Not a Sushi place. Note the address - there are many hole in wall places named "Sakura" in Denver. This is the one on Arapahoe road. Not Boulder, Aurora, up up north.. Also popular enough that Ive had to eat outside sometimes if I get there after 12 on a Thursday or Friday. But the take out was good too.

I would 10 star if i could. I cant even handle how good this place is (Im still not handling it). Taste of Japan here in CO, i cant believe how lucky we are. More than affordable and tasted just like Japan, my husband lived in Korea and said the Korean was perfection. The guy who served us was extraordinarily sweet and amazing. This is the kind of local business to support. Quality food!

My work buds and I tried this place out for lunch and everyone really enjoyed their meals. We had gyoza, beef (bulgogi) bowls, ramen, and bibimbap. The tea is free and was very good as well. Try to come a little early around 11:30am because it gets packed around lunch time. Perfect score of 5/7, would go again.

The food was pretty good. It was my first time eating there today, and my only real complaint is that I found a single long strand of hair in their noodles. I let the owner know, and he apologized but didnt offer a discount or seem to care (seems like this might be a common occurrence here).

Nice little spot for a cool selection of bowls. not your tun of the mill Japanese teriyaki place, but instead a good selection of soups, noodles, and more. Atmosphere is a little lacking, and the food could be a little more flavorful, but its still worth checking out.

Great little place to get a good rice bowl at a reasonable price. Been going there for a year now. They never disappoint. Recently went to a place in Highlands called Uncle. Their spice pork ramen bowl was not as good as Sakuras and it cost nearly twice as much,.

Great ramen and udon. Authentic Japanese cooking, with some Koren item as well. Small quaint place, and has the feel of a true Japanese restaurant. Open for over 20 years. Well be back to try many other items on the menu.

I am a lover of all Asian food, but this place is one of the best! Between the staff and the food, you cant beat it! If you live in Centennial or work in the DTC area, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Authentic Japanese and Korean food! The whole menu (yes, weve tried it) is delicious, but their miso udon is a family favorite!! Very reasonably prices and good portions. We often have leftovers.

Great authentic Korean and Japanese food. The katsu curry is perfect. The bulgolgi was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Do yourself a favor and give this unassuming mom and pop restaurant a try.

They have very small portion sizes and their tofu is very flavorless. Their curry is an abomination. It has zero flavor. However they have good customer service and the food came out fast.

As an avid Asian food eater and coming from a city thats prominently Asian I was pretty impressed by Sakura. This is going to be my regular Korean restaurant in Denver area.

An amazing little spot for authentic, home cooked style Korean food. Love it. Have not had a bad meal here. Spicy super bowl is my favorite, but everything is delicious!!!!

Great place! But are they closed now? We went by 3 times these past few weeks during business hours and they were closed with no lights on. No answer on the phone either.

The food quality was good. It got deteriorated after two or three years. Back in 2014 was one of my favorite places for lunch break. Overall great place for quick lunch
