I was here for a business trip and it was a nice downtown Denver location with live jazz music. We sat at the lounge enjoying a drink or two while listening to music. Drinks at the lounge area were quite pricey but the ambiance was pretty upscale. We liked the selection of American cuisine on the menu. Service was great. The ambiance at the dining area was consistent with the lounge area – it reflected a fine dining but many patrons were dressed casually. Main entrees were priced under $30 so this is quite reasonable. They had a good selection of food and drinks on the menu. I had the Skuna Bay Salmon which was delicious with the chile honey glaze and asparagus quinoa. Very tasty, healthy and well presented. I really liked this restaurant and would probably try a steak next time.

I ate in the bar area. Service impeccable and prompt with just enough friendliness. The Bison Ribs are to die for, the Brussels sprouts sides are amazing (the best Ive ever had and thats saying something). The lamb ale pot pie was disappointing. Flavour was fantastic but three messily pieces of lamb and they were tiny. Disappointed. This was the only thing that let it down. Fantastic upmarket gastronomic fare that Id definitely come back for.

Great choice of restaurant for dinner! Good menu options for both small plates and large. We decided to split a salad (kale ceasar salad), short rib pasta small plate, and the shrimp and grits small plate. The two small plates were on point and delicious! Kale ceasar could have been messages a little to reduce its esrthiness, but otherwise great dressing. For dessert we got the bread pudding, which shared, and was delicious.

The food is always delicious and usually made precisely as requested. Tonight Taylor was our server, a ribeye came out of the kitchen with an unexpected mushroom glaze on it and he insisted on taking it back so that another could be made without the sauce though the individual who ordered it at our table would have been mostly ok with eating it as-is. We really enjoyed our experience and will be back again soon.

Ive been here for both happy hours and dinner, and Ive had a great experience during all my experiences. I love their manhattens which are bottled in house. Fair warning -- its one potent drink! Their gin is great too. As for food, their sriracha fries and brussel sprouts are amazing. If youre there for dinner, I recommend the bison ribs.

Went with a big group (10 people). Accommodating to my picky grandma and quick to respond to any requests. Manager came by multiple times to make sure we were doing well. Great food as well. Overall an amazing experience that made my special day even better.
