I would not even give one star if it was possible the new roadhouse located in Northglenn off 104th is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We celebrated my sons birthday party there because thats what he wanted I know the roadhouse is always crazy but we went ahead and did it anyways I spoke with the staff the day before and the day of Even to the large party coordinator to let them know we will have a party of 25 people we were sat down after two hours even though I called an hour before to let them know they sat us in a horrible section where our whole party was separated into booths back to back then they sat a bunch of other people right around us and asked us if we could hurry our party along as our kids were being too loud (we had been there 20minutes) never have I been in such a uncomfortable position in a restaurant in my life I had all my family there and spent over $500 in dinner and was asked if we could hurry up when we were singing happy birthday one of the managers came up and asked a family member of mine to sit down that he could not be standing outside of the booth he of course got mad and said he is Singing happy birthday and said they are going to have to ask him to leave and if not they will call the police the police were called and we were escorted out on my sons eighth birthday the roadhouse should be embarrassed. not only was our waitress rude but the whole situation was handled so inappropriately I spoke with the manager who claims he was the owner which come to find out he was not and he told me money is not a matter to him we needed to gather our stuff and get out the police came and told us that they deal with the managers there all the time and they are a joke they laughed it off and we left I would never recommend this location to anyone the manager is racist and does not care about the customers one bit I will be following up with the corporate office to see how far I can take this we did not even get to cut my sons cake we were asked to leave if having a party at the roadhouse was going to be a problem they should have said that the three times I called to arrange a section for us to be seated I believe the managers name was Alex Cordona.

My Girlfriend, her son who has Autism and I went to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner for his birthday on March 6, 2016. When I did the call ahead seating and arrived in a timely matter I told the person that answered the phone that there was a person in our party that was having a birthday. This was mentioned to my girlfriend when we checked in to be seated. I ordered an 8 oz. steak with ½ rack of ribs, corn and broccoli. My girlfriend ordered the steak kabob with broccoli. We noticed that 2 parties across the aisle had left and new parties had been seated after we had already ordered our meals. The new parties received their food and we questioned why we had not received our food the waitress said she would check but she did not come back so we found a manager – Scott. The food came out and the ½ a rack of ribs was not on the plate. Come to find out the ribs were not on the order as requested and they were out of broccoli. They asked me what I would like in place of the broccoli but not my girlfriend. Additionally, in the time that we were there they celebrated 4 other birthdays and completely ignored my girlfriend’s son’s birthday. This is not the first time that the service was substandard – generally the food is good but the service is far from good. I flat out told the waitress she was not getting a tip for the $50.00 dinner. This is not the first time this has happened. Texas Roadhouse has the worse customer service ever. We will start going to the lone Star from now on. For the amount of money we spend there every time we go there we expect great customer service. I would recommend Burger King before Texas Roadhouse

My husband and I ate at this restaurant this evening and received a mixed level of service. Our waitress was excellent however the wait was an unnecessary inconvenience followed by a disrespectful manager interaction. We opted for call ahead seating 1 ½ hours in advance and after checking in we were told the wait would be just a few minutes and was handed a pager. However, 20 minutes later and viewing the disorganization at the host stand we decided to check on our table. The manager was already in a heated discussion with fellow patrons so we discussed our wait time with the host. The look on his face was a clear indication that he had no idea who we were and why we were still waiting on a table. We were then quickly seated and given a simple explanation that the pager must not be working. After we were seated, the manager came to the table to find out the details of our situation. My husband simply explained the problem with no expectation of restitution besides a sincere apology. The manager, apparently jaded by the previous customer interactions, tried throwing free food at the problem while simultaneously blaming us for not feeling the pager buzz. She continued to argue without accepting responsibility for the mix up or apologizing for her miscommunication. Not all customers are looking for free appetizers; we just want to be treated with simple respect.

Marking 5 stars is tough, but weighing in on ALL of my experiences here, they range from 3 to 5 stars, mostly being a solid 5 star. If I could, I would rate 4.5 stars, but to be fair I just cant mark 4 and here is why. Most experiences I call ahead for my family or my wife and I, and almost always get seated within 5 minutes. 9/10 times the food is exactly as ordered, and the friendly and fast service is unbelievable. The salads are always fresh, beer always cold and crisp, and the prices are great as well. I just cant find anything to really complain about! Then there is the occasional experience where 3 or 4 stars comes out - but when that happens I never have an issue with them making it right. One night the food didnt come out for a long time, and there was clearly a problem where our order didnt get put in or got lost etc. The manager came by WITHOUT us asking and flat out apologized and comped the meals, as well as gave us a free appetizer. Another experience they failed to put eggs on a salad. Within minutes they brought another and said keep the other one if we please, and then comped a beer on top of that! All in all, this is one of my favorite places to eat out with my family or just my wife.

By far one of the worst visits Ive ever experienced at a TXRH! Our server Jake if thats even his name since he couldnt even mention his name, was extremely dull and seemed as though he had no interest in serving our table off the bat. He offered no appetizer leaving me to have to order it before he rushed away from our table. When the app came out, it had 1 3oz. portion of ranch, keep in mind a combo app usually comes with sour cream & blossom sauce as well. He then avoided our table for about 30 mins, allowing us to see him only 3 times; once for a drink order, once for a food order, and then to bring food to us. So much for that sour cream & blossom sauce we really wanted/ enjoy. Upon arrival of the manager (Ally) she approached pleasantly, with a smile but used the poor excuse of "Certain roadhouses give certain sauces with theyre appetizers, here you have to request it." When Ive been to many many roadhouses, Im certain all roadhouses send a combo app out w/ the appropriate sauces. Poor excuse and very unprofessional of the "manager." Overall was a very uncomfortable evening inside of this roadhouse, if your thinking of stopping in, just take the extra mile to Arvadas, you wont be disappointed.
