We had a very poor experience, unfortunately. It began with the server giving us misinformation about the happy hour deals which was disappointing once we found out that what we ordered was not on a special. They also dont have prime rib on the menu like other Saltgrass Steakhouses weve been to- the second disappointment. Our salad order was inaccurate and soup that we didnt order came to our table, also. The medium rare rib-eye that I ordered came out well done (the server even looked at it and said "well done" when she set it in front of me). I sent it back, but didnt receive the replacement until my company was just about finished. The manager didnt even apologize when he brought it out, so I just didnt say anything when the steak was still medium at best and the side order was wrong. When we payed the check and presented our Landrys card, the server came back with it and said something along the lines of "at least you got a bunch of points." Having worked in this industry, I understand that things can sometimes go off track during peak times. However, the restaurant was not busy at the time and there was no effort from the manager to apologize for the errors and disappointments.

Grand opening. Plenty of servers. Ribeye good but the grilled shrimp and chicken was so juicy and delicious. The chicken soup was also good. Nice size portions and really to much if you dont have a very big appetite. Located in the former seafood restaurant Willie Gs. Went back on 7/20/16 and the food and service was not so great. The same order of mixed grilled had dry and salty chicken. Grilled shrimp that was overdone and hard. Ribs was ok. The service was lacking and the place was not busy at all. I will give it a second chance but if it is like this again then no more business from me. This makes me really miss Willie Gs seafood and grill. I sure miss the lobster and seafood. This days rating took a hit and I can only muster up 2 1/2 stars.

The evening that I ate at Saltgrass I was starving and very easy to please. Even though I have been there only once, the restaurant gave me the impression that my meal there might be an outlier. Nonetheless, the entire experience from start to finish was a complete failure. My food was cold (not warm), yet all I got was an insincere apology from the manager. Like I said, I bet this place is a mostly solid eatery, but when they fail they fail big time.

Food and service are great quality. My husband had steak and I had the new siracha chicken (so yummy)! Our waitress, Alyssa, was great! Very sweet, genuine, and efficient! The staff here are on the ball! Andrea, a manager, came to let us know our food would be out in a couple of minutes but we hadnt even really waited that long. Then she came back later to see how things were. The service here was outstanding; matches the food!

We visited for Happy Hour shortly after they had a water mishap. Half of the restaurant was closed off and they had a bunch of fans going to help dry the carpeting and wood on the north side of the restaurant and in the bathroom. We sat on the patio. The food was good, although the queso with brisket was extremely fatty. Good value on the drinks. Service was adequate.

Ordered the ribeye and Brussel sprouts for dinner. The Brussel sprouts were ridiculously salty to the point I couldnt even finish them and something gave me food poisoning that ruined our entire trip to Denver and we had to leave a day early. Another person that I was with had to order another baked potato because it was cold and the new one came back the same way.

Food is ok. Service was very slow and just generally not good. Forgot salads and food was missing items listed on the menu. Waited about 20 minutes for our drinks and then another 15 for our order to be taken. May have been understaffed but they werent very busy. Just not worth it, I wouldnt recommend this.

Great location right on the 16th Street Mall. Went on a snowy evening while walking back from our Denver office to my hotel. Good food, not as expensive as I thought it might be. Fantastic baked potato soup and the filet I had was pretty good too.

Very good"trad." Steak House,I thought. We had soups and an app.on a rainy afternoon.coffee was good, soups where Excellent! Young Man tending bar also covered several tables and busted his butt to serve us. He did a Great Job!! Ill go back

Very friendly and prompt service starts at the door and carries on through the entire meal. Very attentive wait staff but they dont hover over you. Great happy hr specials, very good steaks and fish. Would highly recommend.

Everything we had, from the Range Rattler appetizer to the margarita and house wine, was outstanding. Dont miss the honey BBQ ribs! Excellent service to boot, on a busy Friday night.
