Simply awful. Ive been here before, a long time ago and the food was...eh...okay. Nothing to write home about. But my recent experience just takes the cake. I walk in and stand there waiting fro 10+ minutes as a manager and three crew members not only see me, but dont even acknowledge my existence. They just continue packing boxes for the one, maybe two cars in drive thru rather than taking the order of the customer that has been patiently waiting up front. If you want terrible service this is the best place to get it, otherwise stay away and go to a real restaurant that actually has good customer service.

3 in a row. First my wife is at Colfax & Hudson in Denver. Orders strips, gets burnt nuggets. Then we go to 84th, Denver location. My loaded burrito, not loaded. I ordered something else. No tables were clean. After the counter rush. Youd think they would clean. Nope! 3 if them came sat down at the last clean table and ate. Just today at E I25 frontage road, Longmont location she clearly states to the lost girl, blackened ranch sauce, she replies ranch. No blackened ranch. Oh okay and gives her hot sauce. Really. Good food terrible service.

Old dry chicken! And when ordering a family meal have been shorted the breasts! When I try calling them the phone is always busy! So I drove back and asked for manager when I explained to her the problem with my order and the phone she says yes we keep our phone of the hook! And turns and boxes up the breasts with this look on her face like if she was doing me a favor! Thats just one bad experience gave them several more chances and was let down again and again ! Will never go back unless they get new management

For the most part Ive had good experiences at this location.. the only thing is that sink hole in the drive thru.. Im assuming that its more of a structural issue vs. Popeyes fault .. as they paved over it I want to say in the past year.. and its back again.. I have been craving the popcorn shrimp.. but havent always felt the best about portions size. Besides that ... pretty decent ... ;)

The food is great but they never have chicken ready after 10pm, even with being open till midnight. Ive gone there quite a few times and the staff is usually rude. They rush you thru the order, the speaker is hard to hear and my food order is wrong quite often. Unfortunately for me, this is the only Popeyes in my area or I would go to a different location for my chicken fix.

Nice ppl although several times after 10pm the suddenly run out of spicy chicken and say will be 12-15mins so I wait a good 30minutes at times. Why? No cayenne pepper? Laziness? Too much plain? Not managing their supplies correctly? Poor managerial decisions? Thier should always be spicy as the #1seller. Maybe cut back on the regular instead?

Im originally from New Orleans and eating at the popeyes here in CO does not touch the popeyes in Louisiana. I dont know if they dont cook with love in their hearts but the very first popeyes in Denver on Colorado is better. I normally get the original sign the spicy tends top turn the stomach. Overall quick working staff and they work hard.

Good experience customer service wise. Not a very clean environment. This is my very first rating because I saw a nice gentleman ride up on his motorcycle/on oxygen and the doors were locked twenty minutes early. 1. Not a way to run a business. 2. He was obviously frustrated. 3. Lost a customer for the night or maybe forever?????.

I loved my experience there it was absolutely incredible I thought I was dreaming for a second I especially liked when this handsome young man I think his name was Miguel? Idk ? But he was so sweet to me he made it worth my while and the whole time I was there I could tell he was working so hard god bless that young man

Sign on the door says lobby closes at 10pm on Tuesdays but the doors were locked at 9:25pm. The guy inside claimed the sign was wrong and they closed at 9:30. So... Right. Lazy workers. Customers inside pretended not to see us. Guess it was a private party with the employees. I will be calling management tomorrow.

I love the spicy chicken and shrimp. There red beans and rice are great. You do need to be sure before you leave that the order is correct. Ive learned that over time. No issue this time. Last time I ended up with catfish and shrimp. I forgot to check.I dont like catfish!

Went to get a bit to eat on NYE. Sign on door said open till 7, but the doors were locked at 6:15. Went to the drive thru. Waiting in line for 30 minutes before bailing out. 45 minutes of frustration and no chicken. Such an annoying experience I wont be going back.

Chicken is fine if you dont mind getting ripped off. Multiple times errors (missing food) in my orders. Service is piss poor at times even if you can find someone who speaks English. We dont do business with this one any more. Managers certainly do not care.

The food and speed of service was great. The drawbacks. The dining room could have been cleaner and the butter for the biscuits is kept refrigerated. It may be a small detail but cold butter just tears apart the biscuits.

Ive lived up the street since Popeyes was Dunkin Donuts. They have remodeled the outside numerous times, but they have never fixed their horrible customer service or terrible quality of food.

Never been to a Popeyes before, a former coworker of mine used to race about it. The chicken and biscuit were edible. Green beans were salty and mushy and not good. Service was extremely slow
