We stopped into to get some grilled chicken for our lunches. We purchased a 12 piece grilled. The rude girl who took our order kept talking over me and eventually told me that they didnt have enough grilled to fill the order and asked if I would like a 1/2 grilled 1/2 original. I told her yes. I drove up to the window and paid the $20 and some change for the order. I was told to drive around and wait by the main entrance and someone would be out with my order. A few minutes later a woman came out and gave the order to my husband who was sitting in the passenger seat. We got home (we live about 15 mins from the KFC). I started breaking out the chicken into the meals and noticed that we had six VERY SMALL grilled wings (see picture), 2 breasts, 2 thighs and 2 legs. I called and spoke with Zach the manager and he said that he is the one who filled our order. After arguing with me for a few minutes, he told me to come back and he would "give me different chicken." Zach even said that I should have checked the order before I left the parking lot. That is absolutely the most stupid thing i have ever heard. Check a bucket of chicken before you leave a parking lot. He put the inadequate order filling on me. In this economy, is this what you want your customers to be treated like? I quite going to this KFC because of the bad service and screwed up orders. This will forever keep me from returning to this KFC! You need to seriously retrain Zach if he is to stay as a manager. He is rude and has no idea of what customer service is about. He admitted to filling my order and doing it with the six extremely small wings, etc. I am sure that this is not the way you want your customers treated. I would hazard to guess that this has happened more than once at this store.

We have been waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive thru Then the first car moved up then we waited another 5 minutes for the next car then another five minutes to take my card then they didnt even give me my full order Forgot the go cup chicken strips and finally gave my drinks at the end which were coated with Pepsi and root beer Made a huge mess in my car Worst KFC Ive ever been to My family and I will not be going back unless this is made right As Im pulling out I can see multiple employees standing in the lobby doing nothing We finally got our food and no apology was made for the wait or anything When I pay 40 plus dollars is paid for dinner I expect some kind of service not a long haired kid telling me its fine And messing up my whole order I am a General Manager of a fast service restaurant this would never fly Plus the back door area looks like someone just threw up back there Terrible service terrible food terribly long wait

My wife waited in line for 30 minutes to get the wrong order and to be told it would be an additional 10 minutes if we wanted the potato wedges that we ordered. She got home come to find out they did not give us the mac & cheese which is the only thing my daughter wanted. I tried calling them four times to let them know my wife was on the way back to exchange the wrong order of coleslaw for mac & cheese and to get the potato wedges they shorted us. After for unsuccessful temps of calling them, not even a voicemail, and no one would even pick up the phone. Now my wife has been standing in the lobby for 20 minutes to get mac & cheese. This is a horrible location how can they run a business with so many poor reviews for the same exact thing. Looks like churches chicken will get my business from here on out.

I usually think people on these reviews tend to over exaggerate certain things but them getting orders wrong isnt over exaggerating its factual so Im going to chalk that up to I should of known better spend your money else where not worth your hard earned money chicken tasted like its spent sitting underneath the hot lamp due to it being 9:00 P.M. (an hour before closing)so they dont have to get off any later than 10 but I knew that already before going but what got me to go was the mashed potatoes and I ordered two and only received one not worth calling and driving all the way back all I can really do about it is say read these reviews they have been pretty accurate especially about this place

Ben Fixes Everything!
I got to wait 25 minutes for a single piece of chicken. It was cool though, because I put a few laces around it and had a sweet combat boot. Got mashed potatoes and gravy sans utensils. You crazy Americans and your messy finger foods!! But in their defense, they are next to a Wal Mart so Im sure they are used to customers just requesting a straw to drink mashed potatoes and gravy. The kitchen is gross, and so are the restrooms, but the somebody put a Trump/Pence Make America Great sticker on the inside of the urinal so this place gets 10/10 for ambience. Everything else is pretty bad though.

I have been waiting at the drive thru for about 30 minutes trying to order then I finally speak to someone and they tell me they cant give me what Im asking for witch was the (16piecefamilymeal) becuase they are out of legs I told her thats fine just give me what you have pull up and the gentleman tells me Im SORRY WE ARE SHORT STAFF and Ill be a while, Im sitting here thinking well thats great! at the end of the day I got my food I just feel like there should be more staffed honestly. I was about to leave and not buy anything for such a long wait!!! GET IT TOGATHER KFC!!

ALANA THE SO CALLED MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IT SHOULD BE SWEEPING FLOORS IF IT CANT HANDLE A MANAGEMENT SHE STARTED YELLIMG AT ME BECAUSE I ASKED WERE THE SIDES WERE ON THE MENU I ASKED FOR MAC AND CHEESE SHE SCREMED SHORT STAFFED AND I DONT HAVE ANY I SAID YOU DONT HAVE TO BE SO RUDE SHE THEN STARTED TO SAY SHE WAS SHORT STAFFED AGAIN SHE OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A STORE IF SHE WASNT SO RUDE TO THE PAYING THE STORE WOULD BEING IN MORE REVENUE AND THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO BE FULLY STAFFTED ALANA WE PICK THE JOB THE JOBS DONT PICK US .......

One. Star. Literally the worst fast food place I think Ive ever been to. I ordered popcorn chicken combo and a 2 piece chicken strip to go cup. Instead of getting my potato wedges with the popcorn chicken, I got French fries that tasted like they were reheated four times. In the to go cup they completely forgot wedges and instead threw popcorn chicken on top of the chicken strips. Should I also mention we waited like twenty minutes to get our food? No napkins in our bag. No sauces. This place is an embarrassment.

If you are trying to cater go somewhere else as they are not willing to give you the proper time to place your order they try to rush you and if you have any further questions they tell you that they dont have the time to answer!!!! Like excuse me...... You just lost my business!!!! So rude and disrespectful!!! Hope the owners review their staff as they will continue loosing business due to people like this!!!!
