Every single time I go here the staff is rude and they close before theyre supposed to... When you drive there to get food before they close and you arrive 15min prior and they completely ignore you and you hear them talking about you through the window, it is really REALLY frustrating. I am in the customer service industry, and believe me, I get it. I understand they were probably slow and wanted to get out of there, but the least you could do is acknowledge the guest trying to talk to you!!! 3 different employees made eye contact with me but proceeded to ignore me. Also, the website/Google says they close at 11pm. I was at the drive-thru by 9:40pm.

Get it together...9 cars in the drive thru, go inside and just as many people sitting in the dining room with just drinks waiting, and 12 people in line to order. The staff that is moving are moving at a snails pace and the others are standing there looking confused and stupid. I come in here around twice a month and 90% of the time its the same thing. Yes the staff could be a little more efficient but who works that hard for pennies. The management needs to staff correctly, but until they do Ill start going to popeyes where theres not a 30-45 min wait.

I really dont know why I leo giving this franchise a chance, the staff is usually rude, it takes forever to get my food, and any time Ive gone inside, the staff is usually messing around despite having a line in the drive through. On one occasion I saw 3 employee playing with a toilet brush in the kitchen, which is disgusting. Staff needs better training, manager needs to be fired.

We sat in the drive through for 22 minutes exactly and not one car moved. We luckily could hop the curb and go inside to tell them to cancel our order (to help them out). I understand 6 maybe 8 minutes to cook a special order or even the chicken, but if its gonna be 22! Then at least tell us as we order. It should never be 20+ minutes for any fast food. Completely mismanaged.

Walked over to this location to get dinner and the lobby was closed?!? Only the drive thru was open. Like what the heck why is the lobby closed??? There was no explanation as to why just a note on the door that said visit the drive thru. While and employee sat at a table inside the lobby right near the door. Guess you wont be getting my business today or any other.

If u have the time and patience to go to another kfc I would if I were. From burnt biscuts old wedges and. Burnt pot pie my wife even received a biscuit that was half dough. There customer service is ok but as far as the food it is very disappointing n one time I showed up at 11am to hear they are closed and will reopen next day wtf

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results! The taco bell food from here was awful! Everything smashed for some reason... Taco shell was falling apart by time I got home (5 min) from wet meat. Also, taco wasnt wrapped well & dumped all over inside of bag.

Drive thru line was long so went inside hoping to get quicker service- Nope, the only cashier was nowhere to be found. The whole experience took me 30mins, just to get into my car and find that none of my order was correct. Seemed like all the employees were high on drugs or something..

Never open untill REAL closing time. Would really like to see a good reason posted from a manager back explaining why this place is such a joke and still in bussiness. Come on kfc/taco bell save us all some dispair and close it down. #Neveropen

Every time we come here we have to wait, either inside or through the drive thru. Also there is always some type of food they are out of today is crispy chicken. Sucks its close to the house but its gonna be worth it to go to the one on 64th and Simms.

Its a KFC/Taco Bell, but incredibly slow service and a tendency to close down early without posting a notice, recording a drive-through message, or even turning off the open sign mar what would otherwise be a pleasant place to stop for a meal.
