Everything started off well. Our waitress was being shadowed and trained. We initially got good service. The food was not great, but it was okay, and I was starved, so I ate everything. We had an elderly woman with us, 92 years old. She didnt like her food and complained to the waitress that her ribs were dry, right when she first tasted them. Meantime, after I finished my food, I started to feel hot, clammy, and faint. Meanwhile, the waitresses came back to collect the bill. The elder of us complained, again, about her food, which she ate. My friend then pointed out to them that I was getting sick. I did some deep breathing, and when I could get up, I had my friend escort me to the bathroom and into the stall. Dont want to be graphic, but I got rid of whatever it was making me sick. It took awhile, and I almost passed out a few times, but I kept praying. When I was finally able to come out of the stall, I looked a hot mess. So I washed up, combed my hair, put on some lipstick and lotioned my hands. When I finally came out of the bathroom, I passed both waitresses. They each looked at me, but neither one of them said boo! When I got back to the table, we paid our bill. I left a 20% tip, (I always tip well), and my friend also left a good tip. They had taken $2.00 off of the elderly ladys bill because of her complaints. I dont know if she tipped them or not. We saw a manager pass our table several times. What bothered us is that no one seemed the least bit concerned. They didnt say anything! No one even asked if I was okay! I wont eat there again. 1) Because I got sick. 2) Because the staff did not care.

We had ordered food at 9:20 P.M. and at 10:44 P.M. ( 16 mins before they closed ) we called stating the order had not arrived. They stated they did not know where their driver was and why he had not made his delivery. We were staying in the Hampton Inn 5 mins down the street; they had caller ID to verify I was calling from the room and not initiating a prank. For what ever reason, they did not send us our food and had closed at 11:00 P.M. Due to the nature of this incident, I have no proof as there was neither a receipt or charge for services rendered. I can only assume the first name of the manager, whom identified as "Tod" is real. I will write a letter to their main offices concerning this incident, but as this establishment is a franchise, and I am traveling from out of state, I doubt I will see anything come from it besides a generic copy and paste apology letter.

Das Restaurant hat ein gemütliches Ambiente, der Service war gut und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Portionen sind nicht zu groß und es gibt zu fast allen Hauptgerichten die Möglichkeit von der großen Salatbar zu wählen. Die Preise liegen im Durchschnitt. Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig, so dass für jeden etwas dabei sein sollte.

Mediocre food, terrible service. Steak order med rare, actually came med rare, nowbif pnly it wasnt tpugh as leather. Fries were obviously under a heatlamp. Shrimp tadted like they were fried yesterday, regardless of a promise they were fried to order. Broccoli was alright, little heavy on the butter but the meal needed the extra flavor. Watched my waiter, who forgot the waters the first time and had to be reminded, pick his teeth with a toothpick on the floor then go and eat something before grabbing our order. The food was fast but could have gotten better from the popeyes down the street. In hindsight should ate at home.

I live close to this ruby tuesdays... at first service was a bit slow... but weve noticed it was not just that one time.... service sucks!!!!! Not only that... food use to be decent... now it doesnt matter if I order a turkey burger or primer burger they still manage to burn the crap out of it! Medium rare doesnt mean charcole unediable! And they still serve you it. Noneless we went there for their free cheese garlic biscuits but seems like you have to DEMAND them to bring you biscuits or more biscuits!

Horrible experience. Waiter could care less if our drinks were filled. My daughter had to sit there while we all ate our meals because it was read wrong by the cooks. Took them an additional 30 minutes to cook a hamburger patty that was called chopped steak. My mother in law ordered her burger well done and it came out medium. However, the manager Ryan, did make it right after speaking with him twice. He covered our meal and offered us dessert. So thanks to Ryan, we will be returning.

A mind numbing experience of blasé music, palate flattening and unimaginative cuisine, worst selection of low end happy hour beverages and poorly prepared foods, and tortured employees awaiting liberation from their indentured servitude. I dont get how they could have opened a second location, much less a nationwide franchise. Its just mind boggling! I might go here again if I choose an appropriate start to the night I commit suicide.

I drove out to meet my mom for dinner last week. The food was FABULOUS and the service was INCREDIBLE! Our server, Sonja, was never far from our table, our glasses were never less than half full, and we never had dirty dishes on our table. This location was very well run and exhibited excellent teamwork. Hats off to this Ruby Tuesday location. I may make the drive from Lakewood out to DIA just to come here again.

Looked at reviews for local restaurants and this location had the best. There were a couple of bad reviews based on service, but our service was very good. We arrived with 7 people including 2 children and 1 teen and we were seated quickly. Salad bar is a great option and very fresh. Food was excellent and well cooked. We will definitely come back if in the area again and recommend eating here.

Ive been here several times and have had great service every time. The salad bar is great and so is the salmon and burgers. Occasionally the burgers are overcooked. The steaks are not the best cuts. The sirloins are bit tough and the ribeye a bit grisly. Drinks are on par with Applebees. All in all its a decent place to get some grub and watch sports.

Obviously the salad bar is great, and an excellent value. The service we had... not so much. For a Saturday early evening they were not super busy but the service was incredibly slow. Our server didnt refill drinks at all until prompted, and the desserts we ordered took a very very long time. They came out staggered at different times. Very weird.

The restaurant was extremely dirty! I watched a waitress spill food on the floor and not pick it up. We were so disgusted by the condition we walked out before we could even get our waters. I let the manager know why and she didnt seem to care. I was very disappointed because I love ruby Tuesday. Unfortunately I wont ever be going back there.

Have eatin here several times on my way too or from DIA. Have yet to have a bad meal here. The only issue I have ever had here was the wait staff brought me a Pepsi over my Iced tea. No biggie. She returned with the right drink promptly. Food an dservice here are very good. Salad bar is awesome. Thanks RT staff.
