Nothing about this experience was good. We took a 96 yr old in a wheel chair for her birthday. First off, getting to the place was NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE! The parking garage behind restaurant was not wheelchair accessible!!! Then, we had to lift wheelchair up an 18 inch curb in front on North side of restaurant. To get inside, we had to call, then someone with key to elevator meet us to take us downstairs. Elevator takes you through back of restaurant. Very Strange! They put 3 of us in party room where they promptly forgot we were there. The table was nasty & sticky with grease from not cleaning properly for a long time! We asked to have table cleaned & it took at least 10-15 min before someone came. It didnt help. Table was still disgusting. We had to wait too long for everything, including food. The food was awful. YUK!! There was no toilet paper in bathroom which left me rather stranded!! Then, when we left, they suggested we go out their backdoor to avoid the 18 inch curb. We saw further into their backrooms...which definitely gave us an even worse opinion of their restaurant. Then they opened a garage door that had an angle WAY WAY too steep for us to push someone in a wheelchair up. It took 3 people to get the birthday girl up and out! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! One of the worst restaurant experiences Ive EVER had. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible place to get to if you have mobility issues. I wouldnt be surprised if this place had many citations from the health department either!

I had never ordered from here before, but my son was wanting something different than Golden City. So we took a shot, as most Chinese food restaurants can he hit or miss. This place was a HUGE HIT!!! I ordered online (very easy platform to use) and 45 Minutes later, a wonderful and very polite and happy man was delivering our food. He was so nice, and so upbeat! It made our whole night! I ordered 4 different dishes, the chicken Lo Mein, Kung pow chicken, orange chicken and sesame chicken. Every single dish was so flavorful, warm, and all around delicious! The sesame chicken was actually spicy, how it should be. Most places I dont need to ask to make it mild since its never done right..but this place hit the nail on the head with everything we had!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again!!!! I have never been a huge fan of Chinese food, since most Ive had in the past is severely lacking in flavor and texture. But not New Peach!! Holy moly..hands down the best Ive ever had!!!

We will NOT be eating at/ordering from here again!!! My family and I ordered from there last night for delivery. When we got it everything was OVER cooked. The fried dumplings where burnt and crunchy. Both orders of meat, General Tso and Sweet and Sour Pork, where over cooked and horrible. The General Tso tasted rotten and left out for days. I got more pineapple then Pork and you had to add the sauce yourself. The Wanton soup wasnt bad but we ordered a large and it came with "3" wantons in it. The only thing we all could eat was the Shrimp Fried rice, which was about average for the area. There was nothing extra that came with any of the dinner orders. Most other places around golden will add white or brown rice and an egg roll with each meat order. And the prices are above average for other place in Golden. The food was so BAD that we didnt even want to call and get it fixed because we didnt want anymore food from them!

My favorite Chinese place in Golden! Went in last April when they were between chefs and on a very limited menu. Its owned by a husband and wife, and since their previous chef left, all they had were the traditional meals the wife knew how to make, and they were so good! Incredibly friendly too - the husband, Yu Feng, sat with us for part of our meal and told us all about the history behind the food, the folk music playing, and some of the poems and paintings on the walls. Ever since, Ive been a loyal customer, and cant bare to get the old American-Chinese classics any more! The Shaanxi sandwiches and dumplings are incredible, truly authentic dishes for the North of China and they are delicious!

Wanted to try a new place so a friend and I stopped in for dinner. Long story short, I bit into a dumpling and found a chunk of glass. When trying to sort out the bill the host said "it is strange that it just showed up now" insinuating that maybe I had put glass in my own food. I wouldnt have even written a review had it not been for this, I rarely even send anything back but this was insulting. They ended up comping our meal after my friend asked (neither of us wanted to eat anything else after this) but the whole experience wasnt good. Better off eating someplace else in Golden.

The Kung Pao Chicken had more zucchini than chicken. Im not sure where they came up with the idea for adding zucchini. The chilies were all burned and the sauce was a fairly generic brown sauce. I ordered it extra spicy but it still wasnt spicy at all, some chili oil fixed that though. I havent been impressed with any of the Chinese restaurants in Golden (and there are so many!). Maybe Im spoiled for having lived on the coasts for so long. I would rate Golden City as better than New Peach, but neither are anything fantastic. Golden City is also slightly cheaper.

I ordered sesame chicken to be delivered. What I wasnt aware of is that it was really sesame chicken jerky. The good news is that you will never have to worry about getting food poisoning from under cooked food here. They cooked the crap out of the chicken, so much so that it took a lot of chewing to eat a piece. I dont know if going to the restaurant means better food, but unfortunately I will never find out. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and they failed miserably.

I tried hand-made san-xian dumplings, beef-stuffed and pork-stuffed rou-jia-mo sandwiches. Also my wife had the green beans. The dumplings are very good. These sandwiches are a rare find. Ive only seen this in China until now. Its not as good as a BBQ pulled pork sandwiches with Cole slaw, but its good. Pork is better. The flavor of the green beans is good, but is a little high on salt. I prefer less salt. I look forward to trying the veggie dumplings next time.

We were excited to find things on the menu from our time living in China that weve never seen at a Chinese restaurant in the US before! We got a little carried away with ordering and took home leftovers :) our favorite was probably the fried green beans. And you know its a good sign when you hear the other customers speaking just as much Mandarin as English!

The host was rude. The food was horrible. I ordered Togo on my break. When I got it back to my job to eat it I opened it it smelled and tasted not like it should, to be nice. Not to mention it was overpriced. Worst Chinese food experience Ive ever had. I rarely complain but Id like to save others the time and the hard earned money.
