I frequent the store and enjoy the food, however, on September 4, 2016 at 11:40 am, we were greeted outside by an employee who was smoking, standing directly in front of the door, and blocking our entrance while mumbling something about not having any white bread. She seemed as if she were intoxicated or on drugs. She sat outside and finished her cigarette while we waited alone in the store for service. We walked out....WHO are you employing!?

They didnt have any Italian herb and cheese bread nor did they have meatballs ready. Also the staff seemed somewhat unprofessional I understand it was slow but the emoloyees on staff posted up in the back room laughing loudly while having personal conversations
