I just called this store to get some info, the Subway person literally answers the phone, "whats up" and so, being caught off guard and thinking I called the wrong number, I responded, "hello?" and she says, "yeah, hello!" I asked if this was Subway, and she confirmed. Super unprofessional, wonder if Subway is aware of how their staff is answering the phone at this location.

Not only did Google say they open at 7 am but the store hours on the door says it as well. A guy pulled up next me and as soon as he went to open the obviously unlocked door, the guy working there says their not open yet. I looked at my clock and it read 7:03. Unprofessional staff. Theres a lot of different Subways in the Springs area. Dont frequent this one.

As soon as I walked in the door alarm went off and I thought someone would come up front to take my order. Unfortunately that was not the case. I waited a little over 9 minutes until I decided to call the restaurant. Finally someone came. I dont understand why Subway would only have one employee work by themselves. As for the food it was great.

Someone new working every time I go in. They seem to use newly trained people at the busiest times of the day and have them working by themselves. Not good. Ive seen many people leave due to the long wait.

Awful manager was late got there at 715 unlocked the door clocked in and told me they didnt open until 730 then proceeded to smoke a cigarette.

Commercial said buy one get one free for customer appreciation day, this location was totally unaware of the promotion and did not participate.

Low brow. Besides the manager standing at the register with a scowl and the employees using inappropriate bad language, the sub was correct.
