Stopped by for Banana Splits at 9 PM on Saturday (Memorial Day weekend) the first thing was a horribly strong smell in the entry. The inside smelled also like a sour mop bucket somewhere. Our server had so much food on her shirt I couldnt tell you what color it was. The amount of ice cream in our splits didnt even reach the top of the boat however while we were eating the staff started lifting chairs & cleaning the floor. I guess that explains the lack of ice cream since they were closing. At 9:30 we left while an employee locks the door behind us like there was a rush of people waiting to come in. The sign on the door says they close at 11:00 as does the website. Really disappointed.

Horrible service. Their food is fine, if you can get it they way it is supposed to be, or if they will make it the way that you want it. You ask for malt in your blizzard...HUGE upcharge. You ask for oreos in your shake "cant do that." Management is awful. I wish theyd turn it sell it to someone who cares about their customers. The kids they hire are great...competant and friendly. Its the owners that are cheap with their toppings/blizzard add-ins. Im astounded that on the 28th of the month, they have "run out" of the blizzard of month toppings? Really? Wish that corporate DQ woul yank their franchise...im always VERY dissappointed, and Ive been a fan of DQ for years. Boo!

Waited about 20 minutes minutes for the food I ordered. I honestly thought they had forgot about it because others around me who had ordered after me were getting their food. I should have not even ordered because there was already people complaining about the wait before I ordered. The worst was after I had finished my meal I wanted to order some ice cream(I had the time since I missed my movie time). I stood up front for 5-10 minutes and no one responded to me. Several workers looked at me, but no one came to take my order. I even stepped up to the counter and tried to get their attention. I left without ice cream and very disappointed in the service.

Come on. Someone needs to hire a babysitter for the rude, lazy and inconsiderate children running this place. Not once have I been happy with my service or food there. $5 blizzards with no "stuff" in it. I was served a blizzard in dirty chocolate covered cups and when something was said to them about it they looked like a deer in headlights with no answer. Ive seen lines of people waiting to be served and 3 employees who could be helping standing around talking or slipping out the back to meet their girlfriend for a smoke break. (Yes I saw you young bald guy)

A few years ago my family and I came into the store to have some of the worst experience ever. The previous owner did not care about customer service and the staff was unorganized and rude. Today the store has really turned around in a positive way and cares about their customers by being involved with the community and providing a superb experience every time. I highly recommend you stop by and try some new menu items & classic favorites! My favorite is the triple chocolate brownie and the chicken strips :)

I chatted with the guy at the window as they were making my blizzard. Apparently they just got a new owner, and he has turned things around compared to before, based on the other reviews. All the employees were polite and nice, my blizzard came out quickly and was packed full of butterfinger pieces. This place in no way resembles what was described in previous reviews, it was everything you ask for at a fast food place. Polite employees, fast service, delicious ice cream.

Ive seen this DQ go through many owners, mostly unpleasant. The facility was always dirty. The staff didnt know what was going on. That has all changed. The new owner runs this place like a fine-oiled machine. The staff are pleasant and know what theyre doing. The facility is clean. Hot food is actually hot when it comes out to you, which hasnt been the case in the past. The new owner is very involved in our schools and offers free ice cream incentives for reading.

AVOID THIS PLACE. This place has horrible service (had a guy get pissy when I asked for a lid at the drive thru - must be his time of the month) outrageous wait even if it isnt busy and there are 4-5 workers. No use complaining since the owner is a asian swatch and her employees are incompetent to put it gently. Take the time to drive to the other side of town for cold stone, smart cow, Soho.

They have mediocre food and very poor service. Their employees can careless about satisfaction of customers rather than horse play and socializing with one another. Other dairy queens will blow this one out of the water. Im not sure why this one is so poorly managed, however i recommend you visit another one so you can enjoy a great dq lunch or frozen treat.

Wow wish I would have read this before I sat in the drive thru for way too long. Also my blizzard and a pinch of topping. I think their prices are higher than most DQs that I have been too. The new small blizzard was 2.99 and a small was 3.99. Holly crap Sara just posted the same issue!!!! Avoid this DQ Go to Safeway and buy a quart for half as much!!

I can attest to what some others have said there not being any oreos, cookie crumbles, etc... They basically charge you $5 for a cup of vanilla ice cream. Now on to the RIDICULOUS amount of time you have to wait to get what ordered. If there are 3 cars in the drive thru youre looking at a 10+ minute wait at the minimum.

Have been in with the family two times in last week to get Blizzards. Staff a little young, but eager to get things right or fix problems when we came in the second time and there was some confusion over our order. Getting better; keep it up! We will be back again.

This place is clean with a big parking lot (dedicated motorcycle parking too!) The sweetheart of a girl who took my order was fast and accurate - also the food was fresh and fast - AND I got an option of "sundae, now or later" :)

Great ice cream, but the place is run by kids and so the service is not the best. Slow, messed up orders, half melted ice cream due to long wait, etc....But sometimes it is worth it when you gotta have that late night blizzard.

Always a long wait, workers dont know what they are doing, the owner is rude, the place is filthy, flies everywhere, they dont turn the lights on. It is the worst ice cream place I have been to and Ive been to a lot.

Everything was great! Staff was very attentive & courteous. Food came out quick, hot, and was delicious. Blizzards were served upside down! Thanks for the awesome service!
