Most places have off days and deserve another shot. This one doesnt... After coming in with 3 people in front of me, I figured I would be out in about 15 minutes... No such luck! Not only was I the last out, but the two people who came in after me made it out before me with even more food than I ordered. Halfway through my wait, the older man (I assume the dad) stopped everything and left to make a delivery while the kid (doesnt look older than 16) was left to cook everything else. The food was horrible. The orange chicken tasted more like ginger chicken, the "pan-fried" dumplings were boiled, then placed in a deep fryer, and I cant even begin to describe what the contents of the dumplings consisted of... It had the consistency of cream cheese and the color of the inside of a taco bell burrito... I highly recommend staying away from this place.

The dough for the dumplings was extra crunchy and a weird consistency, but overall not good. We also got the Mandarin chicken, which was even worse. There was maybe 20 little pieces of chicken, if Im being generous, and it was just overflowing with onions and bamboo. If we had eaten at the restaurant, we would have said something there. We were actually planning on eating there, but they gave us our food in to go containers, which felt like a "get out of here" kind of gesture. On a somewhat positive note, the white rice wasnt the worst rice Ive ever had.

Raised in New York City and as a starving college student there, we would often take the nickel ferry from Staten Island and walk up to Chinatown. For $0.75 you could stuff yourself! And this place is as close to NYC Chinatown as it gets! The shrimp lo mein was fantastic! The pu-pu platter tasty and filling; quantities way better than expected, the teriyaki chicken sticks to DIE FOR! Everything was hot, flavorful and authentic! Do yourself a favor and treat your taste buds to authentic NYC Chinese; you wont regret it!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called for delivery and gave my address, was told it would take 45 minutes ended up taking 1hr and a half. I called to cancel order but the "owner" would not cancel my order, said my address was to far away which is bull because its only 1.7 miles away, plus she took my address before i even ordered! She kept saying the person delivering should be here soon. I told her its been to long I didnt want it anymore. She just kept arguing with me! Very bad experience! Would not recommend to anyone!

Ive used these place a lot since being pregnant. With being sick a lot and ":grossing out" over strong smells etc. I could actually tolerate and enjoy their food. Many places seems to reheat their food and deepfried smells usually really grossed me out. But this place I was happy with everytime I got my food. The guy on the phone was nice, even apologized for his broken English which made him sooo easy to be patient with and the delivery girl was sweet too.. so far, so good.

So I called to place an order in, they called me 40 mins later verifying my address, then said their card machine was broken and it would be an extra hour on top of the hour wait they told me, I read the reviews and was the only reason why I chose this place, will NEVER go to this place again, not only did they charge me 2 times, they wont refund the money to me, staff was very rude the whole time, then told me if I wasnt getting food I had to leave....beware of this place

This is hands down the worst chinese food ive had in all of colorado springs. We got the mongoloian chicken and the beef with cashews, bith had overwhelming amounts of undercooked veggies and almost no meat mixed into either dish. If the veggie overload wasnt bad enough there was so little flavour in any of the sides, soup, or main disges. I didnt know chinese food could be so dull tasting. I would not recomend this place to anyone! Do not waist your money here!

FOOD POISONING! My girlfriend and I always order the same things but this time the chicken mustve been undercooked or something. I dont know what but we were sick to our stomachs for 2 days, vomiting to the point of dehydration (along with some other nasty things out the back end). DO NOT EAT HERE. We ordered on a Saturday so they mustve been too busy to bother to COOK THE FOOD PROPERLY. Ill never order from here again.

Id give half a star if possible. Delivery ordered 2 months back. Fast service, terrible food. Fried rice had IMITATION crab. Tonight, we decided to try them again. Told them, no crab. What we got, had IMITATION crab in the rice.... AGAIN. Defiantly recommend COAL MINE DRAGON!!!! BEST FOOD EVER!!!! No 3rd time for this place. Youve lost our business. (:

You go here for the food, not the atmosphere. Huge portions of great tasting food for dinner combo: price of 6.50. Lunch is 3.85. Includes your choice of main dish, fried rice and egg roll. All piping hot. We went here while staying next to airport - 3 miles away. Picked this based on Google reviews, not disappointed. Dinner combo is enough for two.

The hot and sour soup was very good. Fried rice was just okay. Not much flavor and a bit oily. Mongolian beef had nice flavor, and spice level, but not much beef in the lunch portion, mostly white and green onion with bamboo shoots. Egg roll was gummy inside. Tables a bit sticky. Free hot tea a plus. Id try again, maybe an off day for them.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Never ordering from here again. The lady who answered the phone to take our order was extremely rude and impatient, there was a hair in our food, the sesame chicken is bone dry and the "fried" rice is white rice with soy sauce. On top of all of that, the food is terrible. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I have been ordering from here since I was 8 years old (now 21) and its nice to see a place that has been in business for so long, owned by the same people! They are friendly and fast, and of course the food is good. Ive only ever lived in CO so I cant compare it to anywhere out of town, but in the Springs it is a very good place to eat!

The food is hit or miss. Some of it is good and some is just terrible. My main concern is the lady at the front desk. Everything I order she is impatient and cuts you off constantly. She would ask me a question and then cut me off with her attitude to ask another. Everything I call from now on, Im going to ask for someone else!

Excellent food, prices and service!!! Very friendly staff. A few co-workers and I picked it based off the ratings and every word was true. Ordered the Chicken Lo Mein - Spicy.. and it was perfect. Not too spicy, but just enough kick. My co-workers were also extremely happy with their dishes as well.

Very disappointed. We ate inside the restaurant. The pork fried rice tasted burned. Of about 15 pieces of chicken in the chicken lo mein, 10 were all fat or grizzle. Lo mein noodles were mushy. The General Tsos chicken was acceptable. Spring rolls tasted like they were fried in very old oil.
