Went there for dinner because I was in the area. I usually go to the one over off powers by lowes and after this experience thats where Ill continue to go. The staff that I had the displeasure of dealing with were rude. Barely greater upon entry then when the girl read my order back to me she just rambled off whatever she said. I didnt understand her. They dont or cant seem to do what the other place can or will with orders. At the end my 8.00 order turned into an almost 14.00 order so as I questioned the issue and found an item wasnt included I offered it back without touching it myself and the cashier snatched it off the tray, threw it in the garbage and continued with the snotty attitude. The portions were small to say the least and definitely not worth my time or money. Waste your time if youd like but Ill not be going back. Thanks for treating a customer like crap!

Friday night.... took my order... pulled up to the window WATCHED MY FOOD GET MADE... she puts it down takes an order... walks around takes another order. Starts talking and laughing WITH HER BOSS takes my money , gives me change i ask for an extra side of sauce 3 other girls are all walking around doing nothing... Im sitting there for more than 5 min for Just sause. I throw my hands up and her boss Emily shrugs her shoulders and walks away!!! My food was made and sat there for more than 15 min while these little girls were laughing and talking. I work in the food business, i watched what these girls did the whole time. Find a new job OR TAKE CARE OF YOUR COSTUMERS !!!!

I hate leaving one star reviews. But I honestly cannot let this one go without one. I eat out pretty frequently but Ive never seen a customer treated like I watched one of the shift leaders treat the person in front of me in line. They were condescending and completely inappropriate. The staff laughed at this customer and continued to bully her until the end of her order (Maddy). The lady was older and Im unsure she will be posting a review so I left one for her. I also wanted to address the unsanitary processes I witnessed. Board of health would have a field day at this place. Gloves...anyone!?!?!? Please get your stuff together!

I went there today and for the second time waited over 25 mins in the drive through. The store wasnt busy. No one ever acknowledged me for 15 mins while I waited at the window. Finally, I get home and my order is completely wrong, despite the fact that I repeated it three times when it was said wrong. I dont know what has changed... But it was never like that before. The only reason it is getting two stars is because the employee felt bad and discounted my meal for the long wait.

Absolutely the worst panda express visit I have ever had! After having difficulties ordering in the drive thru I had to wait 20 minutes to even get to the window. Once I finally got my food I was missing my order of wontons and had to go inside to get them. Then I get home and instead of the fried rice I ordered, I find steamed rice in my bowl. If you enjoy getting the correct food in a timely manner DO NOT go to this panda express!

Poor quality food. Waited over 20 minutes just to get my food. Orange chicken is not crispy at all, squishy chicken. Fried rice is old and is more like mush than single pieces of rice. I ordered beef and broccoli and literally got one single piece of beef hidden in the broccoli. This is the second time that my food has been horrible from this location. I will NOT be coming back. Horrible quality of food.

Came there since a local sushi place was packed, but we waited 1 HOUR for them to restock the rice! This is suppose to be fast, just scoop and serve, did you not think that maybe one of your other workers couldve been cooking rice while one serves? No I didnt think so... very dissatisfied, both me and my husband left mad.

Friendly and fast. The issue I have is the change they keep making to the fried rice. One month it has corn in it. The next it has chives in it. The next month neither. It makes it difficult to know what to expect for your meal.

The food is delicious and theres always room to sit. I did notice a bit of attitude from one of the servers but did give me hot sauce like I asked. Its clean too. And the food is served quickly when youre in the drive-thru.

Its a great location. The usual entree items. Parking lot is a little hectic though.
