DO ME A FAVOR AND CONSIDER SOME OTHER PLACE. Im Asian, I have lived in China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. My grandma is Chinese. I am not expecting to find anything decent in the United States. I am from MA. I have lived here eating American Chinese food. So dont tell me that I shouldnt be expecting real Chinese food in the United States. I know the difference in Chinese food from many different cities, including NYC, SF, LA, SD, Baltimore, Boston, Nashville and even New Orleans (yeah why would you order Chinese in NOLA? Well I hate okra and sausage and cajun spice as well as bottom feeder fish called cat fish). Yep, I get it. And here it is, as a full blown American eating American Chinese food. It was totally disgusting. Sure I didnt order the typical. I ordered lemon chicken online, simply because Jasmine Cafe is closed. It took an hour. I put the tip online yet the receipt didnt have the tip reflected. I didnt even want to tip the guy but since it was snowing pretty bad, I decided to. Lemon chicken...never heard of it. I opened up the bag. It has a tub of lemon sauce which I thought was a soup. With that price, from Jasmine Cafe, I would have gotten delicious Chinese food, rice, egg rolls, and a thing of soup of my choice. But no, it was a tub of lemon sauce. I get it. Then there was a greasy bag of cheese wonton. Couldnt put it in a box? I guess not. Chicken was horrible. Dry, and the batter was coming off of chicken. Seriously? I could make it better. Oh, and I found out that the paper I put outside of my door saying no soliciting has been torn off after the delivery was made. Maybe the deliver guy was upset at a small amount of tip. Well if I were him, I would talk to the chef for one, making a horrible food, and two taking forever to get it out for him to deliver. Either way, regardless of how horrible he felt about the tip (it is called a tip after all, I am not OBLIGATED to give him any money), then well he couldve talked to me, and I would have explained. Instead, he chose to be immature about it. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. EVER AGAIN. AND YOU SHOULD NOT, EITHER.

I was having a busy day and thought that getting some take out delivered to my house would be fantastic (and it actually was). I ordered Sweet and Sour chicken for a roommate and Beef Chow Mein, and Wonton Soup for myself. The delivery was a little bit faster then the estimated 40-60 minute time frame (roughly 36 minutes). My roommates order looked fantastic and so did mine, But my order wasnt Beef Chow Mein. I instead received some sort of Beef with Veggies. I didnt bother calling them or complaining because there really was no need to. I ate the food and it was really, really good. The veggies for one were colorful and delicious which is surprising to me for a take out style place. Clearly there was some care and prep in the dish that I had. As for the Wonton soup, that too was good (one of the best Wonton soups I have had). The soup has doughy, meat filled, ravioli like wontons instead of the strips of wonton that some (like myself) would be familiar with and again it seemed very fresh. So with all that said: 1) I will be eating from this place again and I would recommend it to anyone who was in my position. 2) The only reason I am giving it the 3 star rating is that (although it was very good food) I did not receive what I ordered. 3) I ordered lunch items and they were inexpensive and very generous portion sizes.

I used to order from here all the time. The food is good but the experience I had this evening is grounds for never returning again. I ordered the mongolian beef and vegetable chow mein. The food arrived at my house (45 min later) and I opened it all up to find a box full of mongolian beef that was so moist it cased the box to break when I lifted it and I ended up with mongolian beef all over my floor. Ok, my bad, Ill just eat my chow mein... except there were no noodles, just a box full of vegetables. Huh? I called and explained my situation and the girl on the phone basically told me I ordered the wrong thing and there was nothing they could do about it. Im like... no I didnt get noodles... can you send me noodles? A 5 minute argument later I asked to speak with the manager and the same argument about how I ordered the wrong thing went on for another 5 minutes before I finally gave up and told them they would no longer have my buisness. VERY poor customer service. The manager pretty much called me a liar and didnt make their mistake right.

Not a good experience when they deliver the wrong food and when called to notify they say, "what do you want me to do about it?" Um, I want you to delivery the food I ordered that doesnt include shrimp I cannot eat. Then when only part of the correct order is delivered dont tell us the other food was more expensive and accuse us of eating it like we are stealing from you. You made and delivered the wrong order, we didnt eat it (cant eat shrimp and no one in house does), some was put on plate before someone noticed the shrimp (which I told when I called), you cant take the food back anyway. Im more than happy to show you the garbage where we had to throw away the food I adversely react to. Unless of course you want me to put it back in the box for you. Obviously never ordering from here again. Not going to support a company that treats their customers so poorly when the company made the error in the first place.

Im only giving this place a star because I have to. We ordered some egg rolls and they were absolutely the worst egg rolls Ive ever had! First off, we ordered pork egg rolls and they had absolutely ZERO pork in them!! They were luke warm when delivered and tasted like cardboard with cabage in them! So we call the owner and she tells me that because of cost they can only put a little pork in them. They were so terrible, we cut three open and found NO pork. We told the owner and she said "no refund for you". Worst possible place to order from. I suggest jaded dragon if you live in this area. Ill be in the bathroom drinking toilet water trying to get the taste of these out of my mouth.

Umm, Actually,
I just found a twistie-tie in a box of lo-mein. a) Bored kitchen employee playing an immature joke, b) angry kitchen employee trying to victimize a customer by killing them, or c) just a simple mistake? I dont care. Im just glad I didnt bite down on/swallow the thing. The twist-tie very much resembled a julienne carrot. I say so because I took the box out of the microwave to stir and two pieces fell out: a julienne carrot, and a twist-tie. I thought the twist-tie was either that, or a noodle at first. Wrong. It was metal wire. I always kinda liked this place, now I wont ever return. Beware.

5/26/2014 We just ate this. The food was horrible! What a waste of money! Delivery time was good and that was the only good thing. The food was bad. Plain fried rice was as plain as it gets. Last I checked fried rice had veggies and egg in it. The Hot & Sour soup didnt taste right, had a weird flavor. Kung Pao Chicken was watery. I mean it had a ton of liquid in it was bland and not spicy. Mu-Shu pork was very watery and bland. The Duck sauce for my Mu-Shu pork was even watery! That should be a thick paste! I will NEVER order from them again! It was that bad!!!!!!!! :(
