ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WILL NOT LET ME POST THIS WITHOUT GIVING AT LEAST THAT! WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF WAS POSSIBLE! My husband and I ordered from them 6/25/16 around 3:00 P.M. Our daughter was out with grandparents so we ate our lunch boxes and put the rest of the food (the soups, the extra lunch that we had ordered as well) in the fridge. Our daughter came home later that night and after some time asked if she could have some of the soup. I took it out of the fridge and when it was almost done being poured into a bowl out plopped a cockroach. Still alive after hours of being in the soup, swimming around. I immediately contacted New Panda II, and asked for a manager. They said that the manager was not there but they took my address to get my number and said they would call the manager. A little while later I got the call from the manager who asked me what had happened. I explained. She asked if we wanted a replacement soup, I kindly declined. She asked if a driver could come out to get the soup with the roach and then give us a call back after they received it. I said that was fine. After some time the driver came and my husband took the soup out. The driver first tried to tell him that it was not a roach. Then he tried to say the bug alongside the roach was not a bug, but DIRT. We have pictures of both as proof. He told the driver if it wasnt dirt, to go ahead and eat it if he truly thought that. The driver left to take it back to the store. A little later than that we got a call from the store, this time talking to a different woman with a heavy accent. She asked if we wanted food, I kindly said no. I respectfully explained that we would like a refund. She said they would not do that as the soup is from the lunch menu. She said instead of a refund, they could offer us two egg rolls for free on our next order. I again kindly said no and said we wouldnt be ordering or eating there again. Instead of listening to what I had just said, she repeated herself but worded it differently. "You can pick up the two egg rolls for free any time - okay!". No, Not okay. There was no apology given from management. No real effort on their part to try to rectify what had happened. A customer orders from you, they are paying for a service. They expect that their food is made in a quality matter, which one would think this would include the basics of hygiene and clean kitchen. Roaches carry diseases and CAN/DO make you sick! I encourage the management to educate themselves on that matter! As the saying goes for every roach you see there are plenty more. We told them when they tried to call us back and offer us the egg rolls again, that we would be posting replies and contacting the Health Department, the BBB, the News, and writing reviews. We werent kidding. They have a bug problem and clearly from the lack of surprise and care on their end, they not only know about it but they dont intend to do anything about it either since they seem to think its no big deal. It is only a matter of time before someone gets sick from here.

In the past it was great but tonight it was S!@#$%^&*T Maybe Im mistaken some people might like to have their food served with hair in it. I dont We ordered two new dishes;in the past we raved about the food. Have you ever had lemon chicken where the chicken is deep fried? And the batter has hairs in it. They were short hairs , so Im thinking RATS or MICE. They sure looked like it! Chicken and cashews. Never had this meal where the chicken was anything but white meat. This S!@#$%^&T was processed chicken. Maybe you are not familiar what that is. Well Im about to tell you: At the plant when the workers are removing the meat for certain dishes, what ever is scrap or not quality goes into the pressure processed bin. Then, the cooks take this matter and dump it all into a pressure cooker; not the type you are thing about. A special one, that forces all these scraps together and then add electrical charges. Some the meat get a + charge and the other half get a -- charge so when they are put n to that special pressure cooker the attract each other and form a bond. Thats what you get1 It tastes like spoiled tofo. Here is one person that will never eat there again and will be turning over the evidence to the PP Health Department

I am not happy about my last two orders. They were disgusting and made me feel ill. I had ordered from here several times, and never had a problem. They were always nice, decent delivery time, and had good food. The key word here is had. As I said above, the last two times I ordered the food made me feel ill. The first time I vowed never to order from here, but I figured "They could have had an off day, give them another chance". Big mistake. I ordered their cashew chicken and could only take a few bites of it. It was fowl I think. The cashews put on top seemed like they werent even cooked with the meal, just watery cashews that were thrown in there. The only thing good about this meal was the steamed rice, even the fried rice was tasteless. The only reason I gave two stars is because I do like their crab meat and cream cheese wontons and egg rolls, which are really good every time. I will not order from here again because I wasted $23.00. I dont bother calling because I feel like it would be a waste for them and myself. I know I wont get my money back, and they are out food cost. Oh well, at least Im a dissatisfied customer who wont harass them. They just lost a lot of monthly revenue from me.

Not bad. The shrimp in the shrimp lo mein is actually pretty good. After two years in Okinawa, decided to test American sashimi against sashimi Ive been eating multiple times a week for a long time. I decided on salmon, yellowtail, and grilled eel. It was surprisingly good, not the same quality as Japan obviously, but still pretty good. Only issue was how ridiculously expensive it is compared to Japan, but I guess here in Murica sashimi prices are unfortunately unavoidable. Wasnt a big fan of the fried dumplings, they tasted a little weird to me, but the crab rangoons were really good. The donuts were good, as expected, and I also tried the original bubble tea because I was surprised to see it on the menu. It was okay, but the tapioca balls were a little meh, not perfectly formed and spherical like they should be. Checked thoroughly for bugs and didnt find any at all. Delivery was on time. Generally good experience.

I ordered Chicken chow mein and receive chop suey. I ordered a kids meal of sweet and sour pork with pineapple that tasted like cabbage. I ordered the Crunchy Roll and Rose Roll both of which the cucumber overpowered the taste of everything else, also the rose roll tasted like eel. I also ordered Chicken Teriyaki, the sauce was extremely watered down, the chick was bland, and there was more broccoli and onion than chicken. I also ordered Thai Ice Tea, not the best but, it was the only thing that they made right. I have no idea how they got just a high rating when their food tastes like garbage. I will never order from them ever again. I paid $70 hoping for a decent meal and ended up throwing the whole lot away.
