Well I dont know where to being but I think the most important part about customer service is the service that they are supposed to give you, they rush you through the line as if you dont even matter they short your food and when you ask for more they act like they own the food them selves and act like they put more on but moving there hands in circular motions and barely add anything at as if they are some kind of magicians. The tables are always dirty when you want to dine in and when they finally come by and clean them they spray the cleaner as if you want chemical mist in the air and landing in your food and too top it off there was a wet towel on the floor for 30 min while we dined in and who knows how long it was there before we sat down. The rice is always over cook and flavorless in the evenings and when you ask them for fresh rice they act like your asking them to perform a miracle. They stand around doing nothing while they could be cleaning or actually working when customers are not in line. The staff is the best during lunch or the AM shift and at night they suck and are nothing more than uncaring employees towards customers. I have chosen to stay away from this one at night since they cant seem to get it together. As if right now they stay at a two star and will change it if they change there service at night.

The girls working behind the counter are more qualified to be pushing buttons at McDonalds than to be serving food. They pay no attention and you have to watch them carefully so they dont screw it up. They over charge and cannot grasp simple things like half this and half that. The manager Janet has absolutely no concern for customer service and is more concerned with arguing than she is with rectifying (for Chipotle employees that means to fix) a situation.

Really disappointed. My spouse and I came into this particular chipotle on Feb 21 at 930 and were frustrated. The girl at the counter seemed like she did not want to be there at all. The portions that we received were inadequate and minimal. My quesadilla had almost no cheese and there was barely meat or toppibgs on the barbacoa bowl. I will not be coming back to this store as their service was not up to par as is it in other chipotle stores.

Came in here & the girl starting my burrito seemed so timid like it was her first job & as a result she literally put one scoop of rice & 3 pieces of chicken on my burrito. Im not that guy that complains like "give me more food" but it was ridiculous. Management needs to train their staff

Rude!! Got cut in front of by one of the employees trying to get food for her daughter and then had to wait while she called her daughter to ask what she wanted, when she realized it was taking a long time she let me go ahead of her but then the girls working had an attitude with me.

Small portions, didnt have all ingredients available, didnt ask me what protein (chicken, steak, etc.) that I wanted just tossed something on. And the chicken is dry and burnt... That was my first time here, I probably wont be back.

WORST CHIPOTLE I SET FOOT INTO. My food was saltless, BARLEY ANY CHICKEN, and the quality was low. TERRIBL EXPERIENCE, will never return. And I will make sure to tell all my friends and family.
