RED FLAG RED FLAG RED FLAG!!! Arrived at 8:35pm for diner to find all of the chairs upside down on all but one table. An employee was moping the floor and their was a strong odor of cleaning product in the air. The floors were very slippery, like trying to walk on ice and there was a caution sign displayed on floor. This place was basically screaming WE DONT WANT YOU TO COME IN HERE! The staff looked DISAPPOINTED that we walked in for diner. I am surprised they even had the lights on! They were obviously in the middle of the closing routine. They would have rather had NO CUSTOMERS COME IN ON THEIR SATURDAY NIGHT because their only goal was to get the hell out of there at 10pm! I bet they actually ran out of there BEFORE 10pm!!! We had to wait quite a while for our order because they probably already threw out or put away a lot the the product to prepare to close. If you care about keeping this location open youll make some changes real quick!

Wow everytime a come here its a long long one wait o e time I waited for 45 min just for a dinner of 2 crazy....they are very very under staffed... Stay away from the threw that is the worst..... Anyways if u want chicken just go up the street to albertsons and BBQ your own...Or there is a KFC in Southlands near the Car Wash that has about 50 percent better service than the laid back pop pyes chicken....And oh yes the KFC is a Long John Silvers so thats cool.....

They always seem to have a BIG problem with making orders FRESH upon request. Ive been lied to that the biscuits just came out the oven and when I bite into it, its a bit warm not hot. Not to mention the cashiers, they have little smart comments when speaking to a customer. So if you want good customer service and fresh food. This is NOT the Popeyes you want to go to.

Last few times Ive been here they have been out of spicy chicken breast. Today I was told Id have to wait 13 minutes. So I took mild instead. Most places would offer you a free drink or something if they dont have what you wont. Here? Nope I got 2 of the smallest pieces of chicken imaginable and was still upgraded for the breasts. Come on man!

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for my order. When I got home I found that they gave me the wrong thing.... not only that but the many of the pieces of chicken werent crispy but rather soggy. I tried to call the number on the receipt but the line is constantly busy, probably from other people calling to complain as well.

Got crappy tenders 10 mins b4 closing. Filled out a survey online that said CONTACT ME....no one ever contacted me. They dont care about their customers at all. Pretty typical popeyes BS. All are crappy here in denver metro. All ran down with poor service and unfresh food. Please go out of business!

Never did get to try it, say in the drive thru patiently for 30 minutes when I finally gave up 3 cars until I got to the menu board. Wont go back. Time for the owner of this location to close up shop, Ill buy it from them at what its worth. $30..make that $30.01, found a penny in my drawer.

Order was wrong, tasted crappy. Waited wayyyyy to long to get it. Disappointed in myself for not reading previous reviews. Overall, just sucked completely. I wouldnt waist my time ever again. Store needs new management or close all together. Pathetic. 2 years later and nothing changed.

Employees speak very little English made the communication difficult every time I visit. Didnt honor my coupon once because the employees do not understand how it works. Had to file a complain to corporate about the incident. The food is good, however, but not the service.

Every single time I come here, the order is wrong!! There was a time when I came here 3 times in a row and each time they got my order wrong. Drive thru literally takes 45 mins to an hour and I swear Im NEVER coming back here. The people are so rude its disgusting.
