I have always had good service here but recently I had exceptional service. I tried to order a grilled cheese sandwich for my child but accidentally ordered a hamburger instead. After the order was completed I went to the counter to pick it up and realized my mistake. The person working there asked if everything was okay with the order and I explained my mistake. With a smile the employee offered to make me a grilled cheese sandwich free of charge to make me happy. I am so thankful that there are still people out there willing to go beyond the mark to give outstanding service. Needless to say that employee made me a customer for life. Thanks for the great experience.

Its an In and Out so the food was fine, the service however not so much. We arrived at 12:30 and it was dead inside so we thought wed get our food quickly. I even specifically stated we had a short lunch hour and if they could please rush our food we would greatly appreciate it. With only 3 other guests waiting for food it took 27 minutes for 4 burgers to come out. Dont expect very helpful or quick staff.

My first time trying In N Out and all I can say is WOW!!! This place met my expectations! The flavor of the burger is very satisfying and the crunch of the bun makes it even better! I was completely speechless with the first bite. The service was completely fast and all the workers seemed very friendly. Thank you for my awesome experience!!

Took my boss for burgers last Saturday. My order was right behind 10 orders of monster fries, and watched as our burgers sat for 10 minutes while they reheated all the monster fries and added more ingredients. Our burgers and fries were cold. Very disappointed. I have higher expectations when I go to In & Out.

Theres always a bit of a wait but thats because its good food and good service theyre always polite and as prompt as can be they take everybody in order including the people in the cars they get an order there they get another one at the counter thats the order they take them in and I think its fantastic

Amazing customer service for fast food!! Even at 12:30 pm I was not expecting them to have great customer service right before they were closing!! Especially with the big order we had. Omg if you like pickles and havent had the double double with pickles you should try it so good with pickles!!

Long line at the drive thru and inside. With the wait aside, the food was good as I have come to expect from In-N-Out Burger. A double animal style and animal style fries was the fuel I needed as I made my way down to Sacramento.
