Was good. I used to come everyday for lunch around 11-1130pm. I would get shakes and chicken nuggets. Even if the line at the drive thru was 8 people long, it was faster than being first in line at the Taco Bell across the parking lot from me. Unfortunately, the service has tanked. When they were doing the buy 2 for 5 of the chicken sandwhiches, I asked if they were still doing that after ordering, because it was never offered and not on the boards anymore. I asked to do that and tgey said they couldnt take orders at the window..... i got the order done, but the petty af manager decided to give me 1 chicken sandwhich and 1 of the extra long burgers(both were part of the 2 for 5 deal) even though I asked for, and confirmed, 2 chicken sandwhiches. I threw the crappy burger one away. Last couple of times I have gone, they started saying "were out of shakes". When I asked how they were out of ice cream, they said they werent........ Happened several times until tonight when I was finally told they stopped serving them at my lunch time all of a sudden. They were never "out". Now I have no reason to go there for my lunches because their burger patties suck and their chicken nuggets and fries only taste good with a shake..... maybe put a note on the sign saying the exact time you stop serving the only good drinks you have..... I would have probably found something else to order, but the people there get really petty when you ask any sort of questions or need anything that takes an extra 20 seconds of their PAID time...... gawddamm.

I had to call BBB because the manager during the day there had refused to accept my change as legal tender saying that normally the dont take chance I which i responded with im pretty sure you have to accept change since this is the untied startes of America and this is legal tender. He made some racial comment and i talked to corporate. The place was filthy anyways

I really appreciate the service of burger king, and the hard worker Janet. She helped me, when it was really busy as she was going back an forth from drive thru and the front. I saw that she was giving customers her attention and the service they deserve. I appropriate the fast service the employees give.

No ice, no napkins, burger fell apart, tried to get packet of mustard waited about 5 full minutes (no joke) no one would make eye contact including the person that I think was in charge. I like Burger King but noit this one. They couldnt have moved any slower even if they were getting paid to move slow!

My wife and I have gone to this Burger King a number of times. One of our burgers is always wrong. They always fix it with a smile, but I lose time every time I go here, getting my food fixed. Never going back!

This the go-to BK, the one in Watsonville, meh, not so much. Plus, they are open later than most local restaurants. Good for late-night, cheap food.
