Service was slow, slow, slow. BBQ chicken was okay. Saimin was bad. It had no flavor. There was no ice in the drink machine, and when the girl working the counter was notified her response was, "Oh, I know." This was my first time here. I should probably try it at least one more time, but I cant think of a reason why.

Poor service. They claim the menu on their website is not their menu even though their address is the same as their website. They have a sign that says they have the right to refuse service to anyone. So if you have a lot of melanin this is not the place for you to go

Great food, great people. I get the atkins plate on a regular basis. The cashier is always the same 20-something. Hes always extremely polite and friendly. Service is fast if you arent a moron going there on lunch rush. Definitely recommend it to all my friends.

I lived in Hawaii, and this place is just like the L&Ls there. Great food, great service. Whoever is complaining about the speed of service obviously doesnt understand "Hawaiian Time". Dont go to the one off Broadway St in Sacramento, its terrible.

Got violently sick with food poisoning immediately eating the chicken katsu at this location. Called to tell the manager, but no one gives a crap or wants to do anything about it. Im still sick to my stomach typing this, a day later.

Sooooo yummy!!! I almost always get the chicken katsu. Great spot for lunch. My husband and I come here whenever we get the chance.
