These Bozos ran out of Chicken at 1:00 P.M.! I went there to get a meal for my family prior to the football. The doors were locked and a car with a note on it "Drive Through closed," was taped to its window. I called them some moron answered the phone and refuse to let me speak to the manager. He confirmed they ran out of chicken. Note to Popeyes come to West Sacramento this market is wide open for you. These clowns at KFC havent a clue about customer service.

Been waiting for food for 30 minutes and its not busy. Then they short us a meal but want to argue about it. Ridiculous. Worst service ever, music blaring in bathroom, dirty dining room, prostitutes use the bathrooms to clean up and use drugs.

Extremely horrible service by Jay. She was super rude. Took a min dealing with her as I was making a large order. As I pulled up to the window to pay, another lady who was super sweet and polite informed me that the order was lost.

Staff is friendly. Remember my name and order. Never mess up my order or forget stuff. Quick time from ordering to pigging out. Haha Great place though tables are always clean. Bright spot in less than average neighborhood.

Pretty good place for lunch. Do not go to the Mcdonalds tho. (To many Crack heads, unlike kfc.) I like to get the famous bowl. Great place and usually not very busy. Just wish they would dump the trash more often.
