Never have chicken!!! I mean never! Corporate dosent care apparently. Ive Bennett there 5 times and was served chicken once. It was only dark meat available. The other times there was no chicken available!?!! After complaining to the manager on 2 occasions; his response was that it was the busy time and I could wait 30 minutes. People at the drive thru were not pre-warned. They were forced to wait in their cars until they reached the intercom. KFC is a good fast food place, however, this 1 is by far the worst! Go to the one located on brentwood blvd. Just out side of lone tree way and get chicken everytime!

A really cool Purple Hat
Go to the other KFC in Brentwood. Trust me. Dirty loby, waited 30 minutes for my order and they didnt get the order right. Wanted Mac n cheese with my fill up and they gave me mashed potatoes and proceeded to say they were out of mac n cheese. Then they gsve us 2 stale biscuits because they where out of cookies. The worst KFC experience I have ever had

Took someone 5 minutes to take my order on drive thru. To top it off I was stuck in their drive thru line for 20 minutes!!! Once I got to the window they didnt even know what i ordered. Management needs to step up their game. Ridiculous.

Didnt receive the biscuits that I paid for, the place was absolutely disgusting and the staff was unable to fill my order correctly. Dont waste your time and go to Popeyes instead, they are much cleaner and faster as well.
