A very disappointing experience!!!!! We arrived one hour before closing and half of the food that we order was unavailable. This include bacon for our bacon cheeseburger, chicken pot pie, and the fried chicken itself! After finally working through what we actually could order, we sat down and waited for our meal. We were the only customers so it should have been relatively fast but it still took nearly 15 minutes to receive our order. When we did receive our meal, half of it was missing because the cashier and manager messed it up (they then proceeded to blame each other). We ordered and paid for the rest of the meal. I spoke with the team and told them that I understand that they wanted to close but customer service must take priority. The manager told me that since the next day was Daylight Savings time switch they were trying to finish early. On top of that we couldnt find a single clean table (remember there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!!) I love the A&W Franchise but this was a terrible experience!

Asqueroso.. Muy sucio, el servicio pésimo, la comida muy mala.... Mala atención de los empleados... Los baños asquerosisimos y lo que sigue.... En si tOdo muy mal..... Hagan algooooo por favor.... Ni servilletas había ni catsup.... El peor restaurante que me a tocado vicitar...... Si no fuera por el rootbeer float mejor ni llego... This place is pretty much garbage. I once got there at 6pm and they had run out of chicken and root beer. After finally deciding on an alternative, they got the order wrong and I had to go back in. Finally decided to try it again recently after avoiding it for so long. They are just as bad as they were before. The food was bad, the fries were stale and the drink tasted dirty. Place is terrible. I even had to pull forward to let a car through that was behind me because they had messed up his order. Avoid at all costs.

This was our 1st time here and our last this was the most unsanitary restaurant that we have ever been to and there slow and only had some of what we ordered but asked us if we wanted something else. I would of given to place a -10 if I could of place needs to be shut down I will be reporting this place to the health inspector good day

There was only one person working and the drive through is closed and there are still 5 people waiting on there food and its already been 15 min since we ordered avoid this one at all cost close to getting a refund and taking my business else where like the jack in the box its better service and fast

Waited 23 minutes for a chill dog and a burger and the food was cold. They said they had to wait for the fries so the other food sat for 5 minutes. They dont even have a grill so they cooked the burger and hotdog in the microwave. I would go back to A&W but not this one.

Never coming back here!!! Customer service was the worst. If you come here check to make sure its cooked all the way. My chicken was still pink in the middle. Several items were also missing from my order and in return I was given major attitude for their mistakes.

If I could give no stars I would dirty as hell surprised theyre not shut down due to health codes. Ask for mashed potatoes and gravy got gravy with a little bit of mashed potatoes . Bathroom smell like piss Ive seen cleaner bathrooms at truck stops

Dont go before 10:30, its never open or ready to serve customers. Its suppose to be open at 10:00 according to hours but the multiple times Ive gotten there at 10:00, 10:10 or 10:15, there closed or not ready.

You can go to the ranch, buy a chicken, take it home and kill it in your back car yard , go inside your house and cook it and then eat it faster than you can drive through at this Kentucky Fried Chicken

The entire restaurant was filthy from the front door to the restrooms to what I could see of the food prep. I notified the manager that I was leaving without ordering and why. (11/13/2016 @ 6:00pm)
