the place was MC nasty, I went to sit at the south table booth and in the crack under the table /hole there was chicken stuffed in it like thats what they used to fill the hole with lol the bathroom was nasty it looked like a bunch of construction workers went in there , the tables were all greasy my arms stuck to them like a fat person on a leather couch getting up in the summer time. the chicken was so small it looked like the chicken was on crack just before it died or just came out of the detox clinic I asked for a mountain dew freeze and it was mountain dew with ice cream mixed togeather....ok who ever thought of that needs to be kicked in the head R-Tards... how dare you destroy perfect mountain dew. when i told them about the bathrooms the girl sent a guy in there and after i saw he was the who made my food........soooo how did you wash your hands when there was no soap? CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!!!!!

OMG. If I could lower than 1 star I would. first they messed up my order going through the drive thru. I see its wrong at home. Called them to tell them so to get it fixed. Asked for the Manager - he hung up on me. I immediately called back and ask for Manager again. Got the excuse saying "To busy", customers out the door", have to call back later. I answer no, manager please and the guy hung up on me again. Mad now I drove there getting there not 5 minutes after I got hung up on and there was NO ONE in the parking lot. NO ONE inside. He tried to tell me they were busy. Told him order wrong, rude and other things. He blew me off. They are now on my NEVER to go there again list. In fact, KFC is now off the list. Service is terrible, never get the right order. Rude and lying to my face. Lost this customer and everyone that I can tell.

Wasnt sure if they was open or not. But the drive through window sign was on. And when i went to the drive through, they greeted me. After i told them my order, there was no responses. I waited a few min and still no reponse. Went up to the drive through window and no one was there to greet me. It look like no one was there. I waited for a few min and no one came. Horrible customer service! If they was not open yet, they just need to apologize and dont keep me waiting forever! Wasted my time!

This place has been consistently bad for a long time. I stopped going through the drive thru because the orders were never right. Going inside, I was shocked by how dirty it was. The last time I went inside I thought my order was correct, but double checked before driving off and found no fries with the meal. You can see my photos of my chicken strip meal and the raw biscuit. And I havent even mentioned the rude service. Goodbye KFC.

A KFC that doesnt have chicken??!!!... First I was told that they were out of white meat in crispy.. Ok, Then when it came time to fill my order they told me that they were out of all white meat.. Only thing left to order was legs and thighs?!?!? .. Wish I would have read the reviews before I came.. BE WARNED, if you like white meat AVOID this location

I will never eat here agian. The staff dont care about there customers or the food they make. They were so rude and disrespectful, i feel sorry for them. The staff needs to grow up and learn to give respect to people that spend their hard earn money on crap food and sucky service!!!!

The cashier is a girl was rude. She said we dont have crispy, I said ok please make some crispy she went inside and came back saying they are not down right now. We asked for the manager and she left and didnt come back. Will never go there again. I wish to give them zero stars.
