This place has the FOULEST food I have tasted in years..went on a whim...was the worst..barley warm...food was miserable ..5 of 5 people in our group..couldnt eat it past a few bites..the only reason I took it home was for the DOG. .It was so bad.. figured if I had to pay for it ...somthing should eat it...told the waitress too..didnt even offer to have manager come an comp some of it...60.00 in the trash....although I will say the waitress was good. ..but thats it for this place...save your money an skip this place..youd be better served giving ur money to the homeless..

Really great Chinese food similar to Kow Loons but with out the trek across town. They have amazing iced tea, which I think is Oolong if youre a tea buff, if not its still really good. Its a family run restaurant and they are very friendly. Best part about this place is that they deliver. Expect about an hour wait so plan ahead if you order out. You can sit at the bar and watch TV or they can accommodate large parties. Best chinese food in visalia.

My first time at Zen with a friend whose family visits the restaurant often and swears by it. The food was very good. It was not too greasy and didnt have an overly fried taste. The salt and pepper wings, egg rolls, cheese won tons, and the pot stickers are alone worth the visit. The service was adequate, but not stellar. It looked like they were just understaffed for a week night. Good Stuff though.

The best chinese food in the central valley!!! Been all over the valley, none comes close to this place for food or value. Think PF Changs at 1/2 the price! Ive eaten about half the items on the menu and its all amazing. I like the sizzling beef, zen chow fun, broc beef, and their seafood soup. Fried rice is also awesome. They even deliver.

Horrible, horrible service. The workers were rude. And the food was disgusting. Majority of the food tasted like it was socked in dirty dish water. It tasted old and horrible. Save yourself money and go somewhere else. I wish I wouldnt have wasted my money or time going there.

Serving portions are extremely small for the price you pay. The food is over priced. The food itself is very bland and lacks favor. I ordered some food to go and they didnt even give me any utensils or napkins. I will not be returning again just because of the terrible food.

No idea why this place has favorable ratings or reviews. Ive tried it 3 times and the food is terrible. Only thing I can think of is this town hasnt had good Chinese food. Go to New China or Lum Lums Hong Kong Kitchen. Dont waste your time or money here.
