Hope Management gets this message. This place was clean but very cold inside. We asked for them to turn the AC down and they did. Cashier was nice. I tried the boneless wings and it was the first time i tried them them. They were ok, I allways tried the bone in better. The store was clean and bathrooms were clean. The staff was busy. Store looked busy all tables were taken. It was two of us and the tables are very confortable but they are too big for only two people. I noticed people waiting to eat. I felt bad i told my brother to leave so the table be available for the next dine in costomer. I worked 19 years in the food service restaurant manager. I would like to share the following: Lower the AC, by doing table touching. I would train the cashier to upsale and recormend the products. Too much FF served with the meal, Serve half the qty, its too much and i love FF. I noticed a pregnant young lady and she looks like she due any time, I noticed she was leaving and she was holding her belly. "safety" I would leave her in the register and or greeting our guests. I could not tell who was the manager??? everyone looked the same. I recormend staff members not to step out the kitchen with there dirty approns, I noticed a young lady touching her face and continued to work. She looked ok but my recormendations have a manager available to help and send staff to wash their hand every 30 min. I notice, large mixing bowls visible to everyone, I wounder if they were cleaned every 2 hours atleast. Hope they were not used all day. Time of our visit was at 920pm. Over all, please this comment should be taken as a plus, I will come back to eat here. thanx...mh

As far as the actual location goes I would probably never stick around to eat there. The location is extremely small and more than likely waiting in line to order will consist of bunching around the entry way and constantly having to move to let people in and out. Many people in the restaurant were complaining about their long waits, however, I felt ours was pretty average (a little on the slower side, but not too bad). Food was pretty good (pretty comparable to chain standards), but I had to knock a few stars off for a cramped location, average to slow service, and an uninviting seating area.

Its always slow and disorganized, I frequently get bone in when I order boneless and/or the opposite. It has terrible music and makes you listen to it while you wait for your food which again takes about 15 or 20 minutes because its slow... But then you get your food and its an explosion of flavor in your mouth. You get taken away into this whole new world. I keep coming back for the food, even though the atmosphere is terrible and service is slow.

Not very sure why someone would do good photography shots of wings? The food is good at wing stop, and it is not high end food. If you want to try the place for the first time, the Hawaiian is recommended. Location is not very good, its in a busy small crowded parking space, and the prices are on the high end for wings.

My Experience

Service is slow. But wait!!!!!! Thats cause they make your order fresh. The wings dont get made hours before and sit in a heat drawer drying up. Seating is limited. At least 50% of orders seem to be take-out. Music is kind of loud. Sometimes it sounds like a club in there. But the wings are truly delicious.

I picked up a to go order from this Wingstop location. The first thing I noticed was that this location isnt very big. The guy who helped me was alright, but didnt seem like he wanted to be there. As far as the food, I recommend trying the lemon pepper wings, those are my favorite!

I ordered online and it told me they would be ready at 2:17 p.m. I got there a little bit late around 2:30 pm giving them a head start however it wasnt ready still untill 2:50 p.m. for 20 wings only. Pretty upsetting after a long day of work.

Always a good choice when I get that chicken wing craving. Love the plain wings with ranch, skip the boneless wings. Always feels weird just leaving all the trash on the table (there are no trashcans in the dining area at all).

The food was good but the employees were talking on their cellphones also they guy in the front had an attitude. After he hung up with talking to a customer he stated that he didnt care what they said.

I cant say I did get the #Wings exactly the way that I asked them to be made! Perfect! (They would get a 5, but all the extra prices for sauces is a little over the top for it to be so liquidity?)

Called ahead to place a pickup order, told.that food would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later, no food ready. Waited another 30 minutes to get my food. Absolutely terrible service.
