I always enjoy going to this Panda Express. The manager Fausto and the assistant manager Julia try very hard to make the customer have a great experience when having lunch or dinner there. The food is very good, the place is always clean and the service is excellent. My sister lives by the Los Angeles airport and she only wants to come to the valley to go to this location. I go to this location once a week and always look forward to the great selection of food, exceptional service and seeing Julia and Fausto they always make my experience special and I can not wait to go back next week. If you want good food try this location - it is the BEST!!!!!!!!

This Panda is a busy location and they can never seem to handle it. The lines are always long. Half the time I end up leaving and going to Chipotle. They dont have chopsticks...how is this possible? I like to use chopsticks as it slows down my eating. I wish they would come in and fix this location. They probably feel they dont need to as there is so much business. Its too bad as this location is bringing down the name :(

Ive been coming here often over the past few years and the girls they have working up front are terribly slow. Ive never seen such long lines and lack of care. I tried to call and order in advance and no one answered the phone. Management needs to get involved!

Its usually pretty busy so I wouldnt consider this if you are in a rush, but as we all know, it is tasty. As a calorie counter, I usually ditch the rice or chow mein and get steamed veggies instead. A lot of people dont realize thats an option.

3rd time here and always have to wait when Im the only one in line. Either staff is always short or they have lack of direction. ..management. Food is as expected but the service had some real opportunities.

A tad pricing not too much but its mighty tasty non authentic Chinese food. Thats right it is not authentic Chinese food its Americanized Chinese food. But that doesnt matter because it freaking taste great.

Gotta time it right to make sure you get fresh food and not one thats been sitting. Usually long line and hardly anywhere to sit especially at lunch time. But its good food overall.

I come in an hour before closing and for entrees they only have orange chicken...come on guys why do you have to be so lazy. By far the laziest employees Ive seen never going back.
