well, its been a few years since Ive eaten at Boston Market. Now I see I wasnt missing anything. the Manager or asst. manager STEPHANIE - not nice. There was a delay in placing my order as the customer in front of me had to be refunded then billed again. Just as I was next in line after having waited about 15 minutes, a 2nd cashier showed up. I was irritated b/c I wish she had shown up sooner. I made a comment, oh yeah now she shows up when im already at the register. I dont think i was rude, just making an observation. Then STEPHANIE decided to reprimand me. Well, she was on break. everyone deserves a 30-minute break. Well. i never said breaks werent deserved, I was just making a statement that she arrived too little too late. I still ordered my food, which was a mistake. The turkey, potatoes and corn were mediocre. A waste of money. And STEPHANIE can kick rocks with her funky attitude. She was rude and made it a point to be insulting to me. I will NOT return. Sometimes its not worth fighting w/people. I"ll just post my experience here instead.

Chicken is good but this place is managed poorly. Apparently they have quota on how many chicken they can cook per day even though they know during holidays they have higher demands but quota stays the same? Was in yesterday with 3 hours of service left and they ran out of chicken. Waited in line for half hour, line wasnt moving at all - they were really slow on picking/packing the food even though there werent that many people. And after all that wait, they inform theyre out of chicken among other proteins served! Management was not being proactive at all to handle the situation, kept saying they close early and itll take them an hour to prepare the chicken. Seriously poor management, not trained at all to handle holiday service and this is not the first time.

Terrible! Terrible customer service, potatoes hard as rocks! Cant even give me a corn bread thats in one piece. Looked like bird food. I went two weeks ago and they completely screwed up my order even after I waited over 40 min for it. Called in, they promised me two free meals for next time. Went in today to get those meals and let me just say NEVER AGAIN. Little skinny girl with a tattoo on her right forearm was the rudest. HOWEVER, they have one employee who is top notch and wonderful, her name is KAREN! Best thing to happen to that dump. Def done with that scum bucket of a boston market. Total joke.

The food portion is quite small for the price I was paying for it. The service was pretty good. The cashier was a friendly person. I wish the food would come quicker seeing as how they have most of their food already made. Homeless people usually hangout around the business and sometimes go inside the restaurant to order some food. They are also begging for money outside from people who park in the area.

Awesome chicken, awful service. So many times they were out of chicken hours before closing because of big orders. New batches take more than an hour to cook. Big chicken orders should be cooked separately. Its not fair to other customers waiting in line. The one who placed a big order should wait and not the opposite.

I dont like it anymore, i had been eating here for the last twenty years, and on my three last visits, i had found the place with all the tables dirty, i dont mind cleaning the table myself but seen the rest of the tables and the floor dirty, i dont think is acceptable.

Food was reheated and did not taste good. To add insult to injury, the portions were small. They used canned green beans. The cashier had a disgusting long nail on his pinky finger. If I could rate it zero stars I would. Done at your on peril!

Pretty consistent, though they have a tendency to burn the cornbread. But as long as you dont visit on Thanksgiving day, the lines are reasonable and you dont need to wait too long to get your food.
