Ive been a fairly regular customer at this location for a couple of years. I went there last evening and there was a large group of homeless people in front of the restaurant. A couple of fellows from that group were inside and running relays, carrying soft drinks and food items from the condiment bar to the crowd on the sidewalk. The relay guys left the front doors open. I closed the doors three times. (It was in the high 90 degree temp. range, and the air conditioning was escaping). Then one of the relay guys said, "Dont keep closing the doors". My response to the guy wasnt polite - but it was appropriate.

Great food and service. This upscale counter restaurant serves excellent burgers and salads. I love the fried greenbeans. The fifty/fifty, fried onions and French fries, are delicious. The vegan burger is excellent. For a gluten free diet, all sandwichs are available in lettuce wrap. Fries are cooked with the onion rings, which are breaded, therefore are NOT gluten free. Good choice of condiments including a free pepper bar. Unlimited drink refills are available from the self serve dispenser. Wheelchair accessible including the gender neutral bathrooms. Free parking in rear with easy ramp entry.

Friendly service, super clean spotless interior, and Charburgers! Habit Burger is known to make everything hot and fresh, this location is no different. The jalepeno and pepperoncini self-serve bar is always neatly stacked and always clean, I’m sort of impressed. The Habit isn’t the cheapest priced fast food, in fact it’s probably one of the higher priced ones, but you’re paying for freshness and when you want a somewhat different burger than your usual fast food outlets.

THE BEST BURGERS AROUND!!! Ive been looking for a good burger for -- no joke -- years. The days where you could get a proper burger at the grill down the street are gone; everyone has "fries fried in vegetable oil" or "no trans-fats"...and they taste like it. What if I WANT the trans-fats?What if I want the MSG in my chinese food? Bottom line -- you wont regret going here. Except that you may want to go there every single day.

I really like the Habit and its kinda strange we dont go more often. I think its because we have an in-n-out so close by. If it werent for that I believe wed go to the habit more often :) Parking is a little annoying for this location as you have to use the bigger shopping center if you cant find street parking and then walk out to the front. Otherwise, great burgers and great sides!

This restaurant is very nice and uncomplicated, the menu is not cluttered with too much information making it easier to choose an item to order, overall the restaurant have a great dine in that is casual and upscale. I enjoyed my time here because the waiting time was swift, lots of free parking, and employees treat guests with respect and provide quick service.

Wow...The Habit in Encino. I love this place! Great service & location here. Mr. Reyes, you have a great friendly staff here. At any of The Habit, you cannot go wrong with any items on their menu. But, I love their onion rings. From Goleta, Santa Barbara, Burbank or North Hollywood. Consistent quality all the way!

The Charburger with the grilled pineapple and a slice of Swiss. The Tempura Green Beans perfectly cooked dipped in Ranch dressing. The absolutely lovely lovely Strawberry Limeade. Oh my gosh, this place is delicious. When I was finished eating I just wanted to start over. Really good food.

The Habit is a consistent burger place with good burgers and fries. If you dont want a burger, their house salad dressing is great and the Albacore Tuna sandwich is amazing, its what I usually get. For drink, try the Strawberry lemonade, its really good.

The Habit has the best burgers after In N Out. The meat and veggies are always fresh, their fries are delectable, and they have a great assortment of iced teas. If youre in the mood for a good old-fashioned style burger, The Habit is tough to beat!
