Well set place in Van Nuys, food is great but the staff that answers the phone is very unfriendly, unaware of the menu, and do not honey what the menu lists, intends to imply rules for ordering that are not listed on the Web site or on the go menu. Last night I ordered delivery and I had some specific inge died NOT to be used on my order. Appeal it was totally dismissed one one of my orders. In addition to that I found sea food and clams shells in my no meat entry and that drove me to write this review. We do have some allergies and some of them are to sea food. Who ever is in charge of this kitchen should take this under serious cosideration. If me or any of my family ends up in hospital due to simple kitchen staffer mistake I will be forced to take a further actions.

My family and I were hungry after the long drive from NorCal. We drove by this restaurant and thought it was closed, but decided to turn around to check it out. Im glad we did because the food is delicious! We ordered yellow curry with steamed rice, orange chicken, chicken fried rice, and fried string beans. I also ordered a Thai iced tea. The food came out quickly and it satisfied our hunger. We also got ice cream for dessert: one taro and one mango separately. Each came with sticky rice.. it was a great way to end the meal! Service was friendly and attentive. We were there around 5pm so it was a bit quiet, but people started coming in around 6pm. Im not surprised because the food is good.

Ive eaten at the restaurant and had take out many times. Other Thai places dont compare to the quality and freshness of this Thai place. Best service. Tom Yum Goong was great! Slightly different taste than every Thai place Ive been. Couldnt put my finger on what it was but it was really good. Spicy Beef Salad was great too. Going to have to try more from here next time.
