A real gem in the heart of China Garden Restaurant! I saw the great reviews online and went straight to this place after an hour of sightseeing on The Ride, however almost walked by as from the outside it doesnt look much! Im really glad we went in though, one of the best experiences in CA . The staff is _really_ friendly, the food was excellent, and we all loved the ambiance of the whole place. Try the China Garden Restaurant or the China Garden Restaurant when youre there, the cocktails are really spicey so watch out if you are not into that. Well definitely be back!

I dont really complain on anything especially with food. But this place doesnt know what chinese food should taste like. I ordered the chicken, it was hard and too saucy. I ordered the salt and pepper pork chop, no taste and I think they for got to put the salt. I also ordered the house special fried rice, rice was too hard and no taste. My order took an hour and 25mins to be delivered, was promised 45-50 the most. Dont get fooled by the way the food looks in the picture.

China Garden has great lunch specials! Good value for appetizer, soup, drink & meal. Metered parking on Ventura Bl. or valet in the back. Healthy meal options are available. They have a full bar with some mixed drinks that my friends really enjoy. (Try the Zombie, but designate a driver, its a strong one.) This place is great for groups & celebrations. Attentive, friendly staff & prompt lunch service will keep my coworkers & I coming back for more.

Arrived after the lunch special, but they still let me have it, so two stars for that and the decent quality of the food. Unfortunately, the spicy dish I asked for was not spicy, the service was centered around a quick turnaround, and the food couldnt have been fresh considering it got to me about 2 minutes after I ordered. I didnt receive service till I was done eating.

Probably the best Chinese food in Woodland Hills. I usually eat there because they have items on the menu I have found nowhere else. I was stuck at home today and ordered to go, they got here so quick that I didnt believe my dog when she started barking. 20 minutes on a Saturday night, as usual the portion was huge and the food was delicious.

The Beast China Garden Restaurant is a needed addition to this rapidly expanding neighborhood. Im a student at CONY Law (right down the road) and am really appreciative of the great atmosphere that has created. Music, drinks, and charcuterie are on point. Love this place and will continue coming with my colleagues on Thursday nights.

First of all, I was happy to find a place that delivered. The Vegetable Lomein was great. The spring rolls were great. The Chicken Teriyaki was great. The Chicken & Broccoli, however, tasted like nothing. Order something other than Chicken & Broccoli, and youll really like this place.

Ordered delivery (orange chicken, beef broccoli, wonton soup and egg friend rice). Arrived before estimated time. Delivery man was extremely friendly. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Looks like weve found our go to Chinese restaurant in Woodland Hills.

The tangerine chicken and mongolian beef are our family favorites. The tangerine chicken is better than Panda Expresss! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have been going to China Garden for years and weve always had a great experience!

Great food , great atmosphere, great people, they will never change. My family and I have been coming here for about 20 years and it has always been the same. We always feel welcomed and it is honestly a second home. Its also great the next day too!

Good food. A bit under staffed, making the service a bit slow. This trip I had some General Taos Chicken with Egg Fried Rice and Fried Dumplings. All very good... I would absolutely go back to try other dishes. I had to give 3 stars for the service.

Good solid work-a-day American Chinese food. Spicy garlic chicken was good as was the orange chicken. Of course if thats what you order what can you expect. Very good lunch special prices. Two of us ate for $15 and change.
