Había escuchado muchas cosas negativas de este lugar, pensé que sólo lo decían en broma por la fama que tienen los "restaurantes chinos" y más porque después de la remodelacion se veía un restaurante "más o menos" vine una vez y me encantó su barra de sushi, entonces decidí venir una segunda vez y fue cuando ¡Oh Dios! ¡que asco! En verdad, acabo de salir de ese lugar con náuseas, me serví un plato de 《crispy shrimps》mientras masticaba sentí algo en mi boca, y me saque un cabello kilométrico negro (yo tengo el pelo café) se lo hice saber a la mesera e inmediatamente se llevó el plato, vino la encargada y muy quitada de la pena me dijo que eso estaba fuera de sus manos, que ese pelo tenía que ser mío o de alguna otra clienta porque en la cocina no trabajaban mujeres y que todos allá adentro tenían el pelo corto, en eso salió una señora con cabello negro, largo, con delantal, de la cocina, se salio y cuando estaba afuera le pregunte donde trabajaba y me dijo que en la cocina. Me da mucho coraje y asco porque aun así tuve que pagar la comida que por cierto no me comí. Quise evitar el escándalo, obvio no buscaba escandalizar ni comida gratis, solo esperaba comer rico saciar mi hambre con alimentos limpios, pero evidentemente este local no puede proporcionar eso. No lo recomiendo. Aunque su sushi sea bueno.

Since their reopening, I have gone here about three times. Before they renovated, the customer service was decent and I had no complaints. Now they have hired a bunch of staff to accomodate the restaurant that is now bigger than before. Each of the three times I have gone, the customer service has been AWFUL!!!!! Most of the staff walk around and ignore you. The hosts and hostesses that seat you dont pay attention to you and are extremely RUDE!!! They all have an attitude and walk around like they hate their jobs. When my mom went to serve herself, one of them snatched the tongs from my mom and walked away. The food itself is okay and, but I usually go for the shrimp and crab legs. The basic chow mein and fried rice tasted bad all three times and was not authentic. There was one nice person there, he was a younger guy with glasses he was polite and didbt just snatch our cups off the table to refill them, he asked nicely, and brought us a high chair for my son. I dont recommend this place for anyone looking for something special or to have a good time. The reason I go here is just to grab a cheap meal to fill up on when Im on a budget or treating a number of people.

After the remodel, the appearance looks way better and now has a more presentable entrance in the back than just a back door. There is way more selection now than what there was including a cook, that you can give raw food and he will cook it in front of you. Tips are gladly appreciated it. You have a choice of cold cut chicken, pork, beef, crab meat and shrimp along with sliced veggies and noodles. That might be more preferable than serving yourself in my opinion since the food is steamy and nicely cooked. However, the food still seems to be loaded with condiments and grease of some sort because it is extremely filling and every time I have come here, my stomach has acted up. Service is not much better either. On my most recent visit, the waitress only passed by 3 times including giving us the check. Of course to pick up the check she came quickly but to serve us drinks, Id rather they put the soda fountain out for self serve. All in all the prices are reasonable and it has a lot of selection of food.

The food is good, not the best, by any means. This is made up for by the fact that theres plenty to choose from, no penalty for not eating what you decided you dont like, and the relatively low price. (especially the 8.99 during lunch.) Service isnt great, I mostly felt an attitide of "heres where you sit, Ill get you a drink, go get your damn food." This didnt bother me because thats basically what youre there for, I personally found it funny. Theyll bring you a refill when you need it and your check when youre done, thats totally fine for me. So that leaves the matter of the food. I dont like all of it, obviously, but I do have my favorites. The sushi and deserts are surprisingly good, they have plenty of tasty fruit if that suits you better. I give this place a 5* because you get exactly what you should expect at such a price, which rivals most fast food places. Im never disappointed when I come here. If you keep your standards fair, youll enjoy it. 7/30/16

Antes que lo remodelaran era más limpio hoy está tan sucio los baños están asqueroso woow que lastima que tengan mal mantenimiento eso es lo más importante si así están los baños como no estará adonde cocinan yo llano lo recomiendo un café que están sirviendo pura agua poreso llo no llano vuelvo avisitar

There is cockroaches !!!!!! I ate here with my mother and stepdad, I am always open to new restaurants .... love pf chang,, panda express, etc. ..... I ate here and when I sat down there was a Cockroach on the table !!!!! I couldnt believe it.... I have never experienced this in my life ... I told one of the Asian workers ..... and she laughed and with a cloth she had hanging on her waist she pulled it out squished it on the table and wiped it off ... then walked away ......... my family is no the kind to make a commotion so we just left ......

Yesterday was my first time visiting here the food was good but the service suck me and my family ask for a booth the table was not clean the person who seated us told us someone would clean it they never did I wiped the table myself and when I was asked what drink I wanted(which was fruit punch) the server said no I repeated myself she said no my husband said no what yall dont have it she was like yeah we dont have it... Instead of saying no to someone request you guys should say you dont have it I will not be going back

I give it a one because all the fruit was dry and the orange chicken was not cooked well it was all pink and the mango tasted like fish also the fries were disgusting and the ice cream was all hard like if it was pure ice the dessert was not good at all, the brownies were cold and hard. The sushi was full of flies the chow mein tasted like fish. No hate against the place, the place looked nice but the food wasnt that good. Some people might like it and thats there opinion about it. but this is my opinion.

Extremely dissatisfied!!! This buffet serves up unlimited disappointments... the food selection looks gross and tastes stale. The environment is insanely sporadic children running hecticly. There was people trying to sell me dvds right when I walked out!! And the music selection is soooo old!! If you like late 80s pop music and boybands you may insanely love this place... if I were looking for cheap good food this would be my last!!! choice after a hotpocket and a McDonalds-_____-
