Great food, consistently so. Have never had anything less than a great meal there. On occasion the table turn is slow and we have had to wait past our reservation time, but they have given us a glass of wine to compensate (which to us is the mark of a great restaurant, not that problems dont occur, but always apologize and do something to make it right). Love the moo shu pork belly appetizer, the Kurbuto pork shoulder, among many other dishes. Only criticism is that the restaurant itself could use some updating. One of our favorites.

The service here was spectacular! They took great care of our every wish and did a wonderful job familiarizing us with the menu and specialties. I highly recommend the Spicy Szechuan Beef and the Haricot Vert is unbelievable. Vegetable fried rice and lime meringue were both solid additions to round out the meal. The only dish that was only OK was the Tempura Ahi Tuna rolls, definitely not worth the price.

Ive been coming here regularly since the late 1980s. By far my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. I live 40 minutes away but its worth the drive. The Shanghai Lobster is to die for, and the duck pancakes are exquisite. The Szechuan beef is also superb. This is Wolfgang Pucks oldest surviving restaurant, and for a good reason -- its his best! Highly recommended.

We happened to randomly walk by on the way back to our rental and decided to stop in for takeout. Prices are reasonable, the cheapest dish was $6. The personalized bowls are $8 (you fill out an ordering slip and hand it to the cashier). Totally worth it! Very filling. Tasty without being greasy. Made fresh in front of you. I would definitely go back.

Be prepared to spend a lot and ignore the fact that this is part of the Wolfgang Puck empire. The food was really, really good and the service was top-notch. The portions were also very large so it would actually be pretty easy just to split an appetizer and a side if you want to do this one on-the-cheaper side as well.

Overpriced and underwhelming - two words I wish I didnt have to use to describe a restaurant! This is one of Wolfgangs oldest eateries, and it shows with its dated decor and lack of care in serving up food worthy of the exorbitant prices. The service is attentive, however.

Modifying my previous review of 3 stars. Went there for lunch today. The servers were super nice. But The food took forever. Some of the dishes were excellent some of them were meh. It was the servers and the hostess who were the stars today.

ALWAYS RELIABLE FOOD AND SERVICE. TOO BAS THE CHAIN (WOLF PUCK) IS GOING TO A 2 BOTTLE LIMIT NO MATTER WHAT THE SIZE OF THE PARTY. THIS DRACONIAN RULE WILL KEEP ME AWAY UNTIL IT IS CHANGED.
