If you enjoy fresh and healthy food you will love this place. Great variety of organic drinks and snacks also. We had their ham & turkey sandwich and Jamaican Jerk sandwich which were both fresh and delicious! Clean environment and friendly service. Our first visit was enjoyable and we definitely plan to visit again.

Donna was very helpful with placing my phone order and guided me through the menu to assure everything we ordered was just as we wanted it. All the food is extremely fresh and customizable. Extensive and eclectic drink selection. Just wish they had fountain drinks. Look forward to coming back.

I loved the smoked salmon bagel was so fresh. My six year old daughter said " I love it here I want to eat here every day! :)" Such a cute little place. We will definetly be back cant wait for hubby to try the poke. Great to have healthy food thank you sooo much for opening your business.

Just finished eating at Bites & Blooms. My wife loved the poke bowl as it was fresh. I appreciated being able to craft my own sandwich. My roast beef sandwich was really delicious. The owners are really welcoming and the atmosphere is great. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Very cool little store with an eclectic feel to it. They have fresh flowers constantly in stock, and shelves full of healthy + delicious foods. Their menu is full of awesome salads, sandwiches, and even really good poke bowls. Definitely fun and different from other places in Upland.

Stopped by Arco gas station and saw this new store next door which caught my eye. Went in and decided to try their roast beef sandwich on their French Bread. French Bread with the Boars Head roast beef was amazing. Will be back. Got a great Japanese drink their too

The best poke Ive ever had Ive had the salmon and tuna with rice and greens! Its the freshest poke Ive ever tried so far! Also their sandwiches are gourmet sandwichs and they use boars head deli meats and cheeses!! Give it a try you will love it!

Great sandwiches. I just tried the Jamaican jerk and its amazing. They have sodas and other products you dont usually see anywhere else so I really like that. Especially the Japanese cream sodas! Nice people and a nice place, highly recommend.

I just visited this brand new deli. The food is super fresh and delicious. I tried the tuna ahi poke bowl with shrimp, brown rice and mixed greens. I also tried their creme brûlée. They have a great variety of Japanese teas.

Had a great sandwich here. French bread for sandwiches is made by a famous French Baker which delivers fresh French bread on a daily basis. Have not tried their morning bagels yet but the sandwiches and pies are simply amazing.

Stopped by Arco to get gas and saw Bites and Blooms. They told us that their Poke bowl was good and that they had just gotten in some fresh tuna. Was the most amazing Poke Salad I had. Will be back. Grey tuna fish
