The customer service is subpar and the wait to get your food is way too long. Tonight, there were six cars ahead of me in drive thru so I decided to pull out the drive thru and walk into the establishment. A truck pulled in the drive thru after I had pulled out. I was helped about 5 minutes after walking in (only 1 person in front of me). It appeared as though the workers priority is working the drive thru despite having two workers who appear to work the lobby customers and 1 worker who works drive thru. I waited for 9 minutes before receiving my food (2 side of fries). They gave it to me after they handed the vehicle in drive thru their food. That vehicle just so happened to be that truck who pulled in the drive thru after me smh....

Its good but the owners are cheap run out of large cups ..for the last month almost couldnt afford to put there logos on the cups really and it is pathetic I talked to a employee n they said they discontinues large cups .. and its the farmer boy company not this location thats making these changes .. and cheap asses cant even afford a order box for the menu thats water proof poor employee had to stand in the rain to take orders .. food is good but everything else is getting super cheap n making my experience not worth coming back to Farmer boys Ill just stick to in n out Ive been coming to Farmer boys for 6 years well this poor cheep pathetic company is going down the drain cheap as owners

First, understand that we avoid "fast-food" places whenever possible. But we were in an unfamiliar area and this Farmer Boys restaurant came up. When we got there and it looked like fast food, we almost turned around, but tried it. They served good, fresh coffee in real mugs, omelets on real plates (California one was pretty good and cooked fresh), sourdough toast, and the people behind the counter and delivering meals to the tables could not have been nicer. Five-star quality? No. But much healthier and better than ANY fast food place Ive seen.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The lady who took my order today July 15th who was working the drive-thru at around 1:00pm was extremely rude. She did not greet us she did not tell us thank you, have a great day. She just gave us the food, and shut the window. I had to raise my voice wave my hand to get the attention of someone else in the restaurant to get an extra ranch dressing. Whether you want to believe it or not customer service is extremely important. Will I visit the location again, based upon her attitude NO!!!

Im very torn when it comes to writing this review as I love the food there and the service is always on the up and up but today was the worst experience every! The lady in the drive thru was very rude and condescending and on top of that got my order wrong. PSA to people that work in the field of customer service you are there to provide a service to the customer so check your attitudes at the door. This lady has single handedly ruined my sisters birthday breakfast and as a result I WILL NEVER EAT AT THE FARMER BOYS IN POMONA AGAIN.

I love Farmer Boys, this location however is the worst!!! The service was bad but more than anything the food was of bad quality. Ordered a grilled cheese it was burnt and overly greasy. One oft favorite things to order from Farmer Boys is their fried zucchini, I order some here it was terrible is fell apart in the bag in which it was served in, the breeding was mushy and crumbling apart and the zucchini itself was overly cooked..... TERRIBLE JUST SIMPLY TERRIBLE!

This morning i tried their hogg burrto Without the bacon. I ve had it before. But today this morning it was the most hideous taste had such a gross taste The sausage part maybe its spoiled rotten the bad part i thought it was just me i ate half of burrito i start taking pieces of it out stinks taste gross i am going to let them know i never complain Hopefully everything will be ok i am a regular customer i come quiet frequently normally its good food and fresh.

Very disappointed in the burger and onion rings at this location. The hamburger patties may have been sitting around for awhile cause they were thin, dry and overcooked and the buns were over toasted. The onion rings were overcooked too. Ive eaten at the location in Fontana and Colton and the burger and onion rings were way better and tastier there. The one star rating here is for the fries and soda. ... Need better quality control at this location.

“Comfort Food” We have been going to El Merendero for years. Not the best Mexican food, but certainly very good and consistent. The chips and salsa are a good starter. I would rated it more except they leave items out from the menu. I had a burger combo that was supposed to get a cookie and I didnt receive one. Also, I got a kids meal because it talked about seasonal fruit and it was left off. The food is cooked well but it leaves room for more of something else.

Farmer Boys has a big menu with a lot of options. The prices are very reasonable, and the servings are large. In fact, I usually Ill split my meal. This store gets busy, but not as busy as other locations. Its easier to find a table here.

I didnt appreciate the fact that they had their front doors wide open. There were flies in the restaurant. The food was only "good", and probably because I hadnt eaten in a long time. The Farmer Boys in Rancho Cucamonga, is MUCH better.

Love the fish and chips here. The cashiers need to take a crash course in customer service. This location tends to hire unsmiling, unfriendly cashiers. Use the drive-through, the window service is better than the walk up.

Im serious about this: is the fastest service Ive ever experience. Place is clean. Staff is friendly, they have music. Is just the perfect spot to have breakfast. Gets busy quick but i really liked this place.
