THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS TRASH!!!!!! I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS!! A LONG PUBIC HAIR IN MY FOOD IS NOT WHAT I WANTED WHEN I ORDERED A NUMBER 1.. Im done with fast food completely. Im ashamed of myself for ever thinking that a JACK N THE BOX in Pomona ca could get it right, what trash.. Lol and when I drove back to make a complaint I was meet with sarcasm and told to call corporate and they also threatened to call the police. Hey JACK, your employees at the Pomona/mission are a bunch of undereducated dirty disrespectful go no where in life people

Worst place to eat ever! The food is always cold and even when its not busy and Im the only customer,it take s a long time to get the food! And I have been there a bunch of times, trying it out and thinking maybe I had just picked a bad time! NO! Its always a bad experience no matter what time you go! Good luck!
